The Florida State Commission guy is trying to pull some slick shit on Spong...On the aftershow the ATT guys said that the Commission told them they could use the sauna, but when the Commission guy tries to confront Spong about the situation he backs down once he sees that the Spong and the Blackzilians aren't cool with it.
Notice how he first asks Spong "Who says they couldn't use it" but then changes his question to "did you negotiate that?" when Spong says he's not giving the OK...
