    Another beauty Syed. When I do your chicken tikka, I put the marinade in a ziplock bag then add the meat. Squeeze out the air, seal the bag and then massage the meat in the bag. Saves on clean up. Will be trying the lamb this week and I know it’ll be great.

    I made this - it was nice. But the lamb tikka was very chewy. I made the lamb chops and they were fine. Can you give me your advice please. Is it the quality of the meat or maybe I didn't cook it right? I used griddle pan

    I will definitely try this, but have been struggling to fund those Patsk’s pastes in regular supermarkets so will drop by one of the local Asian supermarkets when passing
