I like how developers have to warn people "scary games not good for anxiety". School isn't good for anxiety either but I still have to do it, at least I choose this.
It's because people try to sue developers for inducing anxiety attacks and other medical issues. It's industry standard to go those with heart conditions, certain mental illnesses, and/or pregnant shouldn't play mostly to avoid lawsuits.

@@ayajade6683 definitely gives us mentally ill people a "crybaby", and "overdramatic" reputation. The majority who cry that aren't even mentally ill... they're just looking for attention, and money.
I've never once met somebody who willingly played/watched things that they knew could even even possibly cause a bad reaction. And the ones that did never wanted to sue the creator. (There's a few mental illnesses/personality disorders thay may, but that's still a longshot.)
@@ChaoticAndromeda unfortunately the ones who sue are also the types who get upset there's not jumpscare warnings as scary games make them anxious or insert x disorder and want things like trigger warnings on bullshit like mentions grass. It's frustrating as it does so much to stigmatize mental health conditions more and makes triggers a joke when they're meant for those with those triggers to mentally prepared or to walk away from the content.

That's why I keep my door cracked very slightly. My cat can get in and out, but I feel like it's closed
Same, my doggo whines at my door and most of the time I ignore it because she literally has a dog bed in the room next to mine (which is always open) but sometimes I’ll leave my door open for the doggo.
I usually bring my dog in with me before going to bed so I can still keep my door shut.

I live in an apartment with my mom- there's only one bedroom and I slept in there with her for most of my life until we decided with my dad to get something fixed- we didn't use the dining room area at all do we used that room and made it my bedroom- it doesn't have door and is a large doorway, I got curtains for it at least.

For the people confused at what's going on at 19:50
The list on the wall is the exact same one you make, to record what you need to do, when to sleep, etc.
But the one on the wall has more bullet points than yours does at that point in time. It's like you're looking at the list on the wall and it already has events that will happen to you in the future.
SPOILERS
But since the protagonist is already dead when you start the game, it makes sense. And the game is trying to tell you this when you find that list on the wall.
All of this already happened and you're stuck in a loop.
