Sorry to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a method to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly forgot my account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me!
I'm Lebanese but just made it for the first time... definitely made it wrong and wish I watched this first lol... I didn't know to put the onion in the kibbeh mix
Mmy friend Has made Kibbeh for us a couple of times & we love it. It really is a labor of love & also an art. Thank you Antonietta for showing us how to make it & thank you Vincenzo for bringing us food from around the world from real people. Love it !
This looks amazing. You are a great cook. Thank you for sharing this. I am going to try this with my daughter, we love Lebanese food. I think it is the best food on the planet.
Amazing Kibbeh! Before I prepared this one I didn't like Kibbeh at all, they totally don't know how to prepare it in the restaurants. They need to learn with this lovely lady! It is so juicy and tasty! We love it with lamb, my husband just adores it, he says he didn't expect I will ever be able to prepare it. Thank you! 🤗
I moved to florida from Dearborn Michigan and ended up with an Egyptian lol. I miss the arabic restaurants from back home but I've learned how to cook it all myself now... this was a great recipe! My husband likes it raw but I prefer it cooked.
Best Kibbehs I ever had was in Brazil. Huge Lebanese colony in Rio de Janeiro. Lots of little Lebanese kiosks where you can eat Kibbeh. Delicious. Your recipe looks great. Glad i found your video. I will actually attempt to make it at home now. Tried is in the past, disaster. Most of the recipes are terrible. Yours looks great. You will forgive me however, if I don't use the dry mint. Sorry! I will use the fresh one. Will also add some mint to the yogurt. Can't wait.... Thank you.
Thank you very much Miss Antoinette and Vincenzo, thank you too!!! my goodness! I had this out, and from then, I wanted to do it myself and now I know! thanks again 'shukran' :)
Ahah I love this! :)
@@vincenzosplate Ho provato la ricetta. Buonissima. Btw, Antoinette: I learnt about Kibeh from my Brazilian boyfriend, because it's also typical in Brazil. African slaves brought them centuries ago (as they brought Manioc roots too) and it became typical. No matter the country, Kibeh is delicious
I was literally randomly looking for Lebanese recipes yesterday and you upload this what are the odds?????? And before that I made dumplings and the next day you did too! I'm starting to think you're psychic !
Vincenzos Plate I made the dumplings when you made dumplings and Lebanese lentil rice when you made Lebanese food haha. We'll see if it happens again 😝
Vincenzos Plate : Just have to say... I was on the hunt for an Arabic dish to add to my catalog of recipes - this is it! I made this tonight, although I added some allspice to my version, and it was absolutely _phenomenal!_ My husband said it was "addicting", and we ate several! Thanks to this lady for sharing her secrets. ;-) Thank YOU for bringing this to us, Vincenzo!
That’s looks great thanks for the recipes I’m going to try to make it my husband likes them I buy it for him before because I don’t know how to make it . Please put more recipes.
It is so delicious, and i will assure you if you visited lebanon you will love the things we eat it raw there. Dont take it wrong 😂 As for me i always say it and it may feel strange to you but italian and lebanese are so similar in ingredients and food. Basil, olive oil, bulgur, marjoram, etc…
looks great just like my mom's (Armenian)..my mom also makes them flat about 4" diameter and she boils them and then serves them with Amba on the side...Thanx for the video
Food has a unique way of bringing us all together. I'm thrilled you find the connection cool-it's a beautiful reminder of the global bond we share through the joy of cooking.
@@vincenzosplate oh absolutely. We have a small population of Lebanese Haitians and a few others. So when I read about the history behind the recipe, I was so impressed. I love eating kibbeh all the time
Great video..we make these all the time here as we are Lebanese but live in Australia, tradition continues. The only difference to your recipe (but it is a big one!) is that we add chopped parsley and pomegranate molasses to the minced stuffing..you should definitely try adding these for a delicious depth in flavour :)
WONDERFUL! Lebanese are the masters of kibbeh ;) She does it perfectly--my favorite dish (we called them footballs as children) And bulgur is healthier than couscous because it's a whole grain ;) Now....which do you like better--fried kibbeh or arancini? ;)
So I'm Egyptian which makes us unrelated to Kibbeh, Kibbeh is indigenous in the whole levant region especially Lebanon and Syria. I love lebanese kibbeh, but i would totally recommend that you try Syrian Grilled Kibbeh, it has pomegranate inside
Wow, what a good and interesting recipe! I love Lebanese food. i visited there one time and I went to Lebanese restaurants abroad sometimes, too. I love their tastes. Nice video, new good one for yoru new series!
My husband is Palestinian/Syrian, but grew up in Jordan. He wanted me to ask his mom how to make hers, but I don’t like her food, so I found this video and he LOVES this recipe!! But it is just the two of us. Is there a way to pre-make and then fry later?? Should I freeze them prepped, or already dried and then bake later?? 🤔
We’re happy you liked the recipe 😍 Well I suggest you to put them (raw) on a tray covered with aluminum foil and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. When they’re hard, transfer them into a plastic food bag.
My boyfiend told me that he love to eat it. And now you helped me to learn it. I made it 2 times and it was so good. He love it. Thank you!
