Great Video! Can you help me understand the situation you mentioned about refinancing if your home value had dropped? I didn’t quite catch what you said would happen in that scenario. That is one of my fears of buying now at a high price and high interest rates. Not sure what would happen later on when the rates do drop if the home values also fall.

I totally understand the confusion. Riff Raff is commonly associated with “undesirable people” however in this case if you rewatch it you’ll see that he is referring to “undesirable properties”. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and asking.
