Talk about a major plot twist! Who would've thought that the Rangers would go from being terrible to winning the World Series? Sports can be unpredictable, and this is a perfect example of that.

you sound so ignorant, there are two types of persons in all races; whites have those with class and those that are TRAILER TRASH! and with Blacks, you have those with class and education, and those that are GHETTO. I love Black people, I just know which class to hang around and surround myself with! maybe change the places you are going! because Black people in Atlanta are about business. There are so many black-owned businesses! There are a lot of opportunities in Atlanta for blacks. And blacks are thriving in Atlanta. That depends on a lot of factors. I'm happy to help sort through those relevant to your goals and needs. Having said that, currently when you look at the home price to rent ratio, Atlanta is better. Not to mention Dallas banned short term rentals, which limits your options and revenue strategies as markets change. Lastly Dallas home prices are currently overvalued and pulling back. More likely to fall then rise in the next 12-24 months so flipping isn't viable. That's my 10,000 view without knowing your individual situation. Call text or email for further discussion.
