I live in 30030 and it is the only part that is the city of Decatur and the only part that has the City of Decatur schools, police, library, recreation centers, pools and fire departments. Because of this it is much more desirable and costly. I love it.

My wife and I are looking to downsize to the area and have looked in both sections and between, along Old Milton. The number one on our list is where you lived, Academy Park. We love the amenities of the neighborhood and how walkable it is to both downtown and Avalon. They've recently put in a new walking trail that puts you right on the side of Avalon at Westside Parkway. One thing that we also like about downtown is the library, which has become important to us more recently.

Is there a charge! How much is the entrance?

I lived in Alpharetta for seven years and loved it. I recently moved to another area and there's no comparison. Thank you for this great video.

I moved to Augusta when I graduated from Aiken Senior High school back in 1966. Every thing is changing in Augusta with all the new construction going on and the older homes being remodeled.

Just found you and was just wanting to check out design. This video is a bit too fast. A head spinning view. Maybe slow it down. Looked like a sweet little house.
