Britton Hill - The Lowest High Point In America

The state of Florida has the distinction of having the lowest high point of any state in the United States. The place is Britton Hill in the Florida Panhandle, it's just north of Defuniak Springs. Anyone who takes on the challenge of climbing each state's tallest peak must at some time scale the 345 foot high Britton Hill. So far only 273 can claim they've done all 50. The challenge also includes Alaska's Dinali at 20,310 feet. If this is on your bucket list consider starting with Britton Hill. You have little to lose and nowhere to go but up.
