+dont get the pressure that you need to make your room perfect
4. Staying in your room
Esp in freshers week
5. Buying brand new textbooks
Second hand, library, buying from 2/3rd years
6. Not checking uni emails
7. Dont skip lectures/seminars/tutorials etc
8. Not consolidating material
9. Not getting involved
10. Not asking for help
11. Not going over material before class
12. Going home too often
13. Not dealing with stress properly
14. Staying on campus the whole time
15. Buying lunch everyday
Even if its just a meal deal, £3 is going to add up👀
16. Thinking the library is the only place to study

Would highly recommend to not bring all that much specially if that you are going to Oxford as you will have to move 3 times, just bring the essentials
how many societies or clubs do you think is realistic in 1st year? I want to take beginner's chinese but its 4.5 hours a week on the weekend lol
