Are you an international student or you’re from Turkey? And how do you like it? I guess I want to study there, but I’m scared for some reason 🫠 is there anything you don’t like about the country?
Hi actually I'm an international student but I've been living in Türkiye since highschool I hated highschool tbh but university is so much better If you know Turkish it's gonna be so awesome specially if you are in big cities because there are so many things to do and the night life is good too and people are friendly I really like the country the language the songs and etc... I just don't like the economy Other than that I'm really happy specially after I changed my school from a private uni to a public one But in my opinion knowing Turkish is a must if you wanna come and study here
i’ll tell you all, i moved here, it’s an all in one country, education, holidays, weather, people, the only downside is the current state of the currency, but it doesn’t affect citizens too badly. take the leap and move here, i did, best decision of my life. (i moved from the UK btw)
Why dont you just make a call first to both unis asking them first? If everything afterwards by online it's ok but how if you need to do manually for docs tranferring and submission....sorry not trying to argue but i think that would be easier isnt it?
Asking about what you mean if I can get transferred or not? If you mean that, it's better to go in person because you can insist more when you are there and some times because they don't want to bother themselves they just say no you can't or give a general answer on the phone. But I could transfer my credits so no worries.
Hii, love the video 😊 Just a quick question, tho. I’m supposed to come to Istanbul with Erasmus program and only concern I have is safety. Are girls safe there? I got advised not to go out after 10 and I understand that. But otherwise, are there anythings I should be alerted about? Thank you for the answer in advance
Hi actually it depends on where you live but Istanbul is a really big city with different types of people so you should be more careful. But in general it's safe. It's better not to be alone though especially at night.
as a girl who is turkish , we go out after 10 too but I think it’s common in most of the countries, you just need to be careful but don’t worry about it
Guys pls help me out . I want to pursue medicine and i have turkey as one of the options. If youre an international studenr that has been studying pls help me out by letting me know if i should go for it or go to some other country .? Is turkey a good country to study or not
It really depens on what you want, what you have and what you wanna do in your life. If you wanna go to another country after Türkiye, my suggestion is to go to that country directly. Don't use Türkiye or another country as a bridge. If you don't know Turkish you will have quite a hard time here. But Türkiye is a good country with amazing people and food and weather.
Yes it's a popular university but it really depends on what you want. I wanted a university and campus life. I didn't find it in Bau. Especially in my major which wasn't in the main campus. Bau felt like a highschool not a university at least for me. But tbh for my major the education was better in Bau. But I wasn't happy there so that's why I changed my uni.

And I thought I am the only one having a difficult period in m uni life
You are not alone! Literally everyone goes through it...
What helped me was changing my uni and being a bit social and more welcoming towards people
Why are you changing your university from BAU TO YILDIZ?😭Isn't BAU the most popular and well located university?

Can I ask you something? Is hospitality management a good subject in turkey university?
