Christ ive been watching your videos for awhile now, and have been a fan, i just realized I was one of those scumbags who never subscribed, i apologize you deserved my subscription much sooner! Thank you for your videos and the hard work you put into them.
Ah man no worries, I've done that with other channels as well :D That's exactly why I remind people :D Thanks for the sub and glad you're enjoying the content!
They are stunning sculpts, I don’t think we were expecting anything less from sigmar minis at this point, I’m quite interested in seeing the storm cast with the giant axe, as I’m really liking the mini. Great video as always Andy keep up the good work.
Great video and love the paint job. A bit of feedback on the camera, with these kinds of models, perhaps using a wider depth of field and manually setting the focus would work best?
Another lovely video, always good how you show the full process in easy steps. Some channels jump too far ahead I find. Do you always go for black rims or sometimes modify them for an army?
Yeah I hate following along with tutorials when they miss major steps! I always go for black rims, your eye doesn't really see it and I think it just seems cleaner.
I`m getting slowly into hobby and really like your tutorials, do you recommend to start with citadel paints or like AP or Vallejo or Duncan ones? having citadel will be easy to follow your turtorials but do they as good as other mention earlier?
I do tutorials using citadel because it’s what most people start with. I do have tutorials using Duncan’s paints as well. For me I’d recommend starting with something like citadel and once you get the hang of what you’re doing and where you want to improve, then you can look into upgrading your paint. I think a beginner would get more out of citadel and then upgrading than trying to learn with something like Vallejo.
Video on the Gryph Stalker will be out today, not sure yet about doing the Lord himself! Will have a look at reclusians and see if I have room for a video on them!
Could you do a video for the stormcasts and skaven like you did with the Tyranids when 10th edition first came out showing a nice handful of different schemes to choose from and how to paint them? I found those videos incredibly helpful for helping me to pick and paint my army!

That model is so freaking cool, and so grim too! Thanks so much man
I love a well painted mini with wings! So glad you chose them. I'm half tempted to get them just for the fun of painting.
Yeah definitely! You could make them into a really cool painting project!
Looks grand! Probably my favourite Stormcast mini in the new box
Yeah it’s so cool
Buddy of mine and i are splitting the new box. I cant wait to get my Stormcasts, im definitly trying out some of these schemes. Love channel ✌️
Oh sweet! make sure he knows about my skaven videos too :D
Perfekt painting tutorial. The Wings look great, much butter than boxart 👍
Cheers Andy! Loving the Skaventide content 👍🏼
Glad to hear it

As always a good tutorial. I have picked up some nice techniques from you during the past year. Keep em coming 😊
Aw love hearing that, thanks for taking the time to let me know!

Fantastic job Andy.
Many thanks!
cool video al always.
you sold me this box!
Sorry about that lol
Amazing work as always, is there any chance you'll be painting up the reclusians or the lord-vigilant?
Video on the Gryph Stalker will be out today, not sure yet about doing the Lord himself! Will have a look at reclusians and see if I have room for a video on them!
Another top notch paint job! Would be great to see how you’d do palladors
Not a bad idea.
He looks great!
Thank you!
Ugh, your Skaventide series has me seriously considering pre-ordering the box.
Plenty of time to decide, don’t rush into anything, there was dominion boxes around for months last edition!
The Skavenblight Dinge - that looks quite wet and good coverage, are you applying a really heavy coat or is it thinned?
I use a wet palette!
Loving your content .
thanks so much!

It’s for sure an idea. It all depends on what people are enjoying.
Cracking result!
Cheers man!
So great video as usual, how would you do a dirty white armour?
There's a few white armour tutorials on my channel!
@@MediocreHobbies yeah I’m thinking like grimdark white
Do you think you would use the same scheme to paint custodes or sanguinary guard?
I’ve done videos on custodies before. So you can see for yourself.
@@MediocreHobbies I know I was just curious if you’ve updated your method since the armor is similar
Definitely a great tip for beginners: Spray your model black BEFORE spraying it with retributor armour! If you want a good solid basecoat of gold
Yeah metallic sprays just don’t stick great to grey plastic!
What kind of camera do you use to record your painting videos?
@@MediocreHobbies that's a weird kind of camera.
@@Steve_Keen hahaha sorry wrong reply! It's a canon eos m50!
@@MediocreHobbies thanks
i would say add briar queen chill on the wings and then dry brush with while to make it look ethereal but the paintjob still look beautiful.
Oh briar queen chill is a great idea!!
Those wings are neat the old ones where interesting with the wings but the new sculpt is nicer .
Yeah i really like the updated version!
So are they planning to have Age of Sigmar and The Old World at the same time.
They're two completely game systems! Is that what you're asking?
For a more wallet friendly option give colour forge gold spray a try. Just as good as GW but a more reasonable cost
Oh great tip! I haven't tried any of the metallic colour forge ones yet but I like their basic colour primers!
PLEASE do some Martyred lady Sisters of Battle
Tonight's video will help with the black armour for them!
Looks awesome, I'm going to have to spend Saturday now repeating this mantra -
"I don't need new Stormcasts, I don't need new Stormcasts..." Lol
Hahahahah sorry.
👍
Thank you!
Please do the lord terminos
I shall see but good choice.
I AM FIRST

Sigmarines will never be cool.
In your opinion.
