    So beautiful, so relaxing. I had to rewind a couple of times as I found myself floating off into a magical dreamworld. It's 8:30am here and I have a few chores to deal with before I get my art supplies out. You've spurred me on, thank you. 🙏❤️

    I got into intuitive art with some neurographic art thrown in using watercolors including gold and black and white pens this spring. I love it-no expectations, no stress; just relaxing and fun. Love this painting of yours. It’s given me some new ideas. Also, I’ve been eating CarbSmart for a couple of years now and I really enjoy it. I usually put it into an old pudding cup to give myself a small serving. Usually that’s enough to satisfy my craving for something sweet. And chocolate.

      Intuitive art is the best for that, isn't it? It great for exploration and relaxation. Good tip on the pudding cups. I'll try that!

    I really love watching your videos! You choose such expressive colors and then I draw in a deep breath when you begin covering them with inkings, but you keep on and my attention flashes between the colors and the marks until they become One. *sigh* You are very good at this sort of thing and I admire you a lot!

    Great intuitive art. Its relaxing to watch you create it. And great idea to use the ribbon and take a photo of it. As far as trying not to smear the ink with your hand, have you considered using a mahl stick? I know it is usually used when painting vertically on an easel but it might still work with the paper on the desk

      Thank you 😊 and no, I hadn't thought of using a mahl stick. That's a great idea! I'll have to see about rigging something up for my desk. ❤️

    Hi Kelly, just found you here and loved your work. It's a relaxing piece and I love doodling, so hope you don't mind if I copy some of your work sometimes. Thanks for giving me inspiration and getting me started on something I have wanted to do my whole life but never found the time.

    Such a nice artwork! It's like a black see-through fabric is floating above the colorful ocean or fantasy sky.) And it resembles a map, too!
    This stippling is very hard on the wrist. I personally cannot do this a lot. Don't you feel the pain in the wrist at times? How do you deal with it?

    • @kellysartthrob
      @kellysartthrob  Год назад +1

      Thank you! 😊 So far I haven't had any wrist problems and stippling isn't giving me any trouble. I do get shoulder pain, though, and I take breaks and do special stretches and strength exercises. It helps. General exercise helps, too. If I get too sedentary, pain gets worse. It's also part of the reason I'm cutting back on sugar -- inflammation. Oh, the joys of getting older, 😆

    My former colleagues who went to US to a business trip said that your food is sweet. Like, significantly sweeter than in Europe. That's probably to enhance the flavour and make it more appealing, but it is surely not very good for health. So it is a great thing that you took sugar consumption under control!
    I myself am currently on a diet because of (hopefully) temporary health condition and, above many other things, cannot eat sugar. I started to pay a lot more attention to contents of the products and was amazed how many things have sugar in them. Things that don't even taste sweet, like spicy foods!

      I've heard food here has a lot more sugar than in Europe. And sugar is in everything! It's hard to even find savory food without added sugar. I hope you're adjusting to your diet. It's hard to change but worth the effort if we're healthier for it. 💯
