She wasn't a head master in victory, so maybe that is what Hasbro is kind of getting at. It kind of points to that since she was the only headmaster Jr to come back in victory and we are getting victory characters now. That being said, I got two so I can modify one to have a headmaster port for the legends Minerva that came with God ginrai
My one issue with her is just those panels that stick out to the side on her backpack. I really like how it looks to have one of her guns mounted via that port on the back of one of her forearms but those panels stop you from bringing her arms down straight if you do that. I really wish those panels could just flip in.
And she wasn't a Headmaster in that comic, similar to Brainstorm and Chromedome from the previous IDW comic series More than Meets the Eye and Lost Light.
A friend of mine in greece which happens to be a transformers collector and enthusiast,found it and have one! He also mentioned me that he bought it in really good price in a 2+1 transformers! 😊 Also he found pieces for purchase in a couple more stores,and we are in a country that the ones that are rare for you out there can be found easier in us! 😅
I wonder if this mold will be used for a Nightbeat;because unless more of the robot mode is changed,we may end up with another situation like Road Rocket and have a female Nightbeat. Plus if they do go with a female Nightbeat,the head wouldn’t need to be changed since Minerva’s G1 toy was a straight repaint of Nightbeat with no new tooling.
Though not a 100% ok with the car mode, she kicks the shit out of the crap Elita version. Its obvious Minerva was the true intended character for that mold. Long live Masterforce!
It's nice when female Transformers are designed just like the boys instead of just being a slender robot girl with car parts slapped on. G1 Arcee has always been like this, since the only car parts are her back thingies. (Though i think early TFTM concept art had her looking like her cancelled toy) RID Strongarm is a pretty good case of a fembot built like a normal TF. She's got female traits but is bulky and boxy as a TF should be.
Sometimes, I feel like there could be a cheat with the third-party upgrade for Minerva and it will just come with a helmet that can attach to a ball joint... but you gotta have to find the now hard-to-find Takara Tomy Mall exclusive Legends God Ginrai, which is as definite as it could get because it's more stable than the retail release, and comes with Titan Master-style versions of Minerva and Cab to go along with Goshooter.
Today I found the Legacy Minerva at Walgreens and the store had a sale for 50% off of holiday stuff not to mention toys, for some reason they had leftover Transformers Kingdom series now with that being said the Legacy Minerva I found was with the Kingdom series they are 50% off so I bought two of her for the price of one so each are $12.49. I figured you would want to know this👍

I absolutely love fembots that aren’t sleek and curvy and are blocky like a lot of the male ones. I Also think this bot mold was clearly made for Minerva as it looks more like her than it does make elita look like elita. Car is more like elita’s tho. That said I’m truly in love with the elita version of this mold since I copped it. Sad Minerva probably won’t come to my country in Europe
Now that I have both, I actually prefer the Minerva version. But I think it's a great mold overall, regardless. I would have preferred no clear plastic but win some, lose some.
I think this works a lot better as Minerva than as Elita-One and I think she'd fit in perfectly with Thrilling 30 Nightbeat who also is not a headmaster.

Technically. But it's still a Walgreens exclusive in the US. Hasbro has said that they get small quantities of store exclusives to sell on Pulse. That's also why the entire Velocitron line was available there even though the line is exclusive to Walmart in the US.

I would have figured by now if something wasnt to ones liking, 3P or shapeways are the way to go to do so instead of shreiking about it. For what they were trying to get at, its a decent figure. just trying to find a way to get it myself. pulse was already sold out by the time i heard it was available

Probably my most anticipated Walgreens figure yet, and as logic dictates she will be the hardest for me to find lol.

It's possible she lost the headmaster gimmick due to her becoming sentient after master force

Minerva prominently appeared in the Tread & Circuits comic so she's not entirely obscure.
