    Throughout the cancellation process, you hid the refund amount from me to encourage me to cancel the flight thinking that I would receive a refund from you.
    The site solemnly told me that the money would be sent to my bank account within 8-10 days, and after a few hours I received an email from you saying:
    "According to the cancellation policy, there is no applicable refund amount. We hope to serve you soon."
    Just unbelievable - you took all my money and at the height of your audacity you gave me back 0 rupees!!
    In any case, you will not serve me again and I will make sure to inform as many people as possible about the "cancellation service" you provide!!

    Worst refund policies. Kindly don't book with cleartrip India and UAE websites!!!!

    Mahi bhai paisa leke aisa bakwaas company ko kyu ad banake dherahahy aap. Sharam nahihy kya aapko... Customer logka paisa lootne pe no.1 fraud company hy cleartrip....
