Hey Toon hope all is well fam.Slowly gentrification is creeping into all areas of the city that have been neglected for years and unfortunately is good and bad.NYC has already experienced much of this and alot of the "soul" of the city has been lost.Hopefully that doesn't happen in Philly to that extent.

Just looked it up Binder Terrace or some such name 1500 N Randolph, yes they all look great and interesting architecture and all that but on the other hand they list no rent prices, they want you to contact them yadda yadda yadda. Perhaps if some parts of town were not so drug-addled with such a crime rate folks wouldn't be tearing it all up to build new stuff that normal people cannot afford to live in. Great video as usual Toon; keep up the good work.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Keep in mind that "drug" riddled area only became that bad within the last 5 years. It wasn't always as bad. But gentrification has been happening for over 20 years in this area. 😉😊 Food for thought. Have a blessed day

Loving your channel and subbed up. It drives me bonkers how gentrifiers come in and add an "e" to "old". There never was an old Kensington it was just Kensington. There was Harrowgaters who considered themselves Kenzo's. All them new structures look alike. Ticky Tacky houses all in a row. Great job, good Sir!
