These look like a great way to use up those inconsistently sized seed beads many of us may have in our stash! Would it be possible to get a measurement of how long the wire was that the 44 seed beads covered, please? That way I could just add enough beads to cover the same length of wire for reasonable consistent units. Love your work, thanks so much for sharing. Cheers from New Zealand 🤩🙂
I just love these. Now I'm going to have go buy some knitting needles. I've tried knitting many, many yrs ago and hated it. Love to crochet though. Just had a thought. Scary isn't it? Would a size f crochet hook work or maybe a bit smaller? I've got lots of crochet hooks. I've got to check it out. As always, I love your tutorials!!!! I hope you and the family are doing well. I was so excited to see these. I've made a few today and they are ok, but Im having trouble keeping the beads taut on the wire. I guess it just takes practice. Any tips??
The round dangle beads are Sky Blue Jasper. I love this design! You could mix colors of seed beads to make confetti beads! As a necklace, it would easily dress up any solid color dress or top.
This is cute, so much you can do with it. It would look good with a Rolo chain, pretty easy to do with 1/2 round. Gumnut Lane Jewellery (not misspelled, lol!) has a video on how to make it. Thank you and have a great weekend.
Lovely beads. Thanks for sharing. Does anyone other than myself have a problem with their flush cutter not making a smooth flush cut? This is my third cutter. Am I doing something wrong or perhaps expecting too much?
Most flush cutters will leave a very tiny “line” on the flush cut edge, unless you spend a fortune on the ultra flush cutters, which will cut very flush but still with a faint line. What I do is flush cut and then use an emery board or file to gentle file the end of the wire. It depends on what you’re making etc. 🥰
They are lovely BUT...I have had to go for bigger seed beads as I keep breaking them when I coil them on my knotting needle...the 11 /0 are making me cross-eyed too and take forever to thread on the wire...my bedroom floor is littered with them😂😂😂so mine are far from cute...will persevere.❤ps how on earth you manage to make look so easy shows how skilled you are..

Ah yes! Thank you! I couldn’t remember their name. Mixed seeds would look amazing wouldn’t they! 🥰
Very pretty 🌸🌼🌸

Oh I'm going to try this, how cute they are. You have to be careful that they stay in place on your jewelry so they don't stretch out of shape right?
I have actually tried to pull them out of place, and I guess you could do it if you *really* tugged them, but otherwise they’re safe enough 😍
