Yea...The trade down is a must and your mindset is right with what we are looking for...but I do like the other 2 power backs in Estime and Braelon better but I will check this guy out again.

@dannysavagedraftguru Flozel Adam's struggled with penalties for several years and everyone thought he was a bust. But when Bill Parcels got here, he started playing well. Maybe he just needed good coaching.
@@truthtransistorradio6716 well you tend to go off sides when your deaf in right ear and playing LT. Flozell was solid from year 1 when he started at Guard.
As of right now the Cowboys do not have a fourth round pick
Love all the picks but I don't think Xavier will be there in rd2 and eichenberg will most definitely not be there in rd4. Would be awesome if they were though

These are names that I commonly pick when I play the mocks. I'll identify when I'm double-dipping at a position.
Round 1 at 28: Amarius Mims, Jordan Morgan, Kingsley Suamatia, Jackson Powers-Johnson, Patrick Paul, maybe Tyler Guyton, maybe Zach Frazier. - Almost all of my mocks start with one of these picks.
Round 2 (at 56 up to the mid-60's with trade backs): Cedric Gray, Sedrick Van Pran-Granger, Edgerrin Cooper, maybe Payton Wilson,
Round 3: Braelon Allen, Junior Colson, Trevin Wallace, Jeremiah Trotter Jr., Braden Fiske
Round 4 (through trade-downs): McKinley Jackson, Maason Smith, Tyler Davis, Tanor Bortolini, Audric Estime, Marshawn Lloyd, Isaiah Davis, Kiran Amegadjie, Matt Goncalves (possibly as a tackle double-dip), Delmar Glaze, Tyrice Knight (maybe even as a double-dip)
Round 5 (including some trade-downs): Elijah Jones, M.J. Devonshire, Khristian Boyd (possible D-Line double-dip), Keith Randolph Jr. (possible D-Line double-dip), Tommy Eichenberg, Jalen Coker, Carson Steele, Erick All,
I have numerous late round pet cats. I often draft Jackson Mitchell as a double-dip linebacker. Jamree Kromah is a double-dip or sometimes triple-dip D-Line. Will Putnam has fallen out of the mock that I use, but I like his versatility on the O-Line. I would consider him for a triple-dip. I've started picking Frank Crum, the OT from Wyoming. He had a good combine, and I live in Wyoming. I didn't see enough Wyoming games to say that I was following him all season, but I like the idea of a Cowboy going to the Cowboys. I've occasionally picked Brevyn Spann-Ford or Isaac Rex as a late-round tryout for tight end. Peyton Hendershot just doesn't seem to have worked out.
Obviously, I'm not looking that closely at wide receiver.
My hope is for the Cowboys to make clear that they are "all in" on a rebuild. With that in mind, I hope Prescott will request a trade this summer. Not getting him another wide receiver will help send that message. Personally, I'd love for them to trade Zack Martin before the draft and get more picks. Trading Zack Martin would also tell Prescott that he's going to waste the 2024 season if he stays in Dallas. Maybe some team will give Dallas a bunch of picks in 2025 and 2026 for Prescott. I'd also be willing to trade DeMarcus Lawrence for picks.
I want them to make their Super Bowl run in the 2026 season. I want them to have a bunch of offensive and defensive linemen in their third, fourth, and fifth seasons. I'd want linebackers of about the same age. I'd want running backs, wide receivers, and defensive secondary players who are younger. Ideally, I'd have a quarterback in his third or fourth season while he's still fast and cheap. There would be a few veterans mixed into all of this, but I think Zack Martin and DeMarcus Lawrence would be too old at this point. Even Terence Steele might not have that much time left as an effective player. If Trevon Diggs recovers, maybe he's still good at that point, but maybe he needs to be replaced before then. I hope Cee Dee Lamb will still be good. By then, I expect Luke Schoonmaker to be good even though Jake Ferguson may still be TE1. I hope Mazi Smith is good by then. Jalen Brooks might be good by then.

There will be FAR better options at 24 than Patrick Paul. The cowboys are super high on Graham Barton and Zach Frazier. I expect them to pick up a G/C based on their 30 visits.

Evan Williams is perfect. I wouldn't say he's a box safety though. He can cover pretty legit.

They need to trade all their draft capital or whatever it takes to draft in the top 7 to draft a QB, As Long As Dak is Under Center This Team Will Fall Short in The Playoffs, it looks like they may not make the playoffs, this season, Drafting A Young QB in round 1 makes too much since, that's why it will not happen.
