The Baby In Yellow is a Lovecraftian comedy horror game where you must look after a suspicious baby and survive his attempts to take control. Over the course of 8 chapters this creepy bundle of madness must be well-fed, clean and most importantly, kept entertained.

The “Baby In Yellow” is a reference to Robert W. Chambers’ “The King In Yellow,” a collection of short horror stories that mostly deal with people going mad by some evil force after reading a cursed book. That’s probably why there’s a crown on the baby’s yellow jumper too. Just a funny reference to eldritch Lovecraftian horror thrown in this game about babies lol

The developers have done so much with this game since the demo. It's incredible to see the difference.
Forreal, I never expected this game to turn into this and it seems very well put together, with the puzzles and stuff. It's a shame that devs actually finishing a game past demo, and one that's good, is seen as a surprising thing nowadays lol.
Came here to say this! I played this over a year ago and love seeing the quirky updates. The developers did such an amazing job on this!

ah yes, the common tasks of babysitting like feeding the baby, changing the baby, stabilising the gyrosphere, and putting the baby to bed, 10/10 would recommend as job training
and parents have to do it every day

This game is really interesting to me because it plays with the idea of an unreliable narrator in how you actively have to start going *against* quests at times. It’s a really interesting way to add a twist to a game like this.
I thoroughly enjoyed it. I love the feeling of not even being able to fully trust the quests the game is giving you. A cool way of the game playing the player as the player is playing the game.

My new favorite thing is Kevin starting off his videos by very vaguely explaining the game and then going “I’d rather just show you”

Hooray! Kevin finally played the Baby in Yellow!! Honestly I love this game, it actually manages to pull off the comedy/horror balance really well imo. Very enjoyable.
Can't believe it took Kevin this long to play it though - I mean it's a game that let's you throw a child around like a doll and even put him in the oven, sounds like it was MADE for Kevin

I remember playing this game a few years ago and it ended with leaving through the elevator after like a half an hour of game play. The developers really added a ton to this!!

Kevin has a lot of stress noises, like the many variations of "Feck!", "Jesus Christ!", and "Ooohhh no no no no...!", as well as his Mickey Mouse voice. I'm excited to see if we're gonna get more!

love how to game starts off as a silly horror game but ends up kinda interesting and you get a buddy
Goes from something like VACUULUS where its mostly just silly with some tenseness but then decide to speed run into 6 hours in horror game
Kevin acting like the shrine in the wall is all creepy when we know damn well he has a similar shrine to Jim somewhere in his house.
I give kevin a 10/10 for babysitting. At first i was skeptical because he demanded lots of money for some guy called Jim Pickens. Saying its for cult indoctrination or sonmething?? But honestly it was worth my savings account. My baby was put to bed with ketchup still on his face. Said he was being a messy eater but loved it. He really rocked my baby to sleep because the damn thing hasnt woken up from a nap since last week!! I 100% recommend for anyone thats looking for a caring and responsible babysitter.
