I love fantasy no matter who writes it, but Evan Winter is simply INSPIRATIONAL to me. Another Black Author is Danielle Paige who's written all series of Wizard of Oz based books. Just wanted to say that i finished the Audiobook and it was fantastic! I loved this take on a magic system, the narrator was superb, and I really enjoyed the main characters. Mr. Winters did a great job with all the swordplay fight scenes! I probably wouldn't have come across this book without this interview, so thanks! And I eagerly wait for the next Evan Winter novel!

Great interview. And two great books so far by Evan. I did laugh when EW marveled at Daniel having "65k subscribers". Fast forward less than 3 years and Daniel at ~$430k subscribers. Congrats to both y'all dudes
