a very very nice looking clock,my wife loves clocks, and she says she would definatley like it hanging on the wall in her lounge, definatley gets my thumbs up
Nice, build one for yourself Colin!
I like the minute and hour hand on that clock! The clock itself is out of this world! Thanks for the video!
Thanks a lot!
I really, really like this look.
The Mint hands really look nice.
Well done.
Thanks Mike!
So true about those simple build wins. Your clock and the coat rack that Bob Clagett built would make an excellent combo package!
So true, Stanley, they would be a perfect match!
Your shop is the best organized, neatest shop I’ve seen!
Thanks, I’m really proud of it!
Hopefully y'all enjoyed this one! Love the way this clock turned out, nice and simple but great looking. HELP SUPPORT MY SPONSORS! Go to squarespace.com/craftedworkshop to get a free trial and 10% off your first purchase.
Compounding simple wins builds confidence to tackle bigger projects. Great vid Johnny.
Totally agree, Adrian!
I love how the finish brings out the grain in the walnut! It looks FANTASTIC!!
For sure, that's my favorite part of every build!
Now that wall clock is one that I would have in my house!
Thanks James!
Hmmm. Looking around the house to see where this cool clock would go. Really love the way it turned out!!
Hah, thanks mama!
I love Walnut so much. This clock looks amazing.
Thanks, me too!
This clock looks great! love the live edge in the end of it and the brass really compliments the wood.
Appreciate it!
Love what you did with those macrame rings, very cool!
Thanks man! They were a great find for sure.
This is one of the coolest clocks I ever saw 👌
Wow, thanks!
That's an awesome looking clock! A clock is definitely on my project list, but I keep psyching myself out on the drilling out the space for the clock movement.
It's way easier than you think, go for it!
U R SO TALENTED GUY GL IN ALL UR PROJECTS
Thanks!
Great use of a piece of slab. Nicely done. Very creative.
Thanks James!
This is a beautiful clock. I love the walnut and brass.
Thanks Jonathan, me too!

Love it. Especially the little life shape in it... what a great idea!
Thanks Hendrick!
Looks great! Well done
Thanks!
Great video! Clocks have been my go-to lately for quick projects. Tons of fun and can be done with my minimal tools since I live in an apartment. Definitely like the walnut and gold rings!
Thanks Eric! They're definitely great for simpler projects, basically can drill a hole into anything and make it a clock.
Awesome project. Love that "sweat equity" phrase.
Thanks man, love that phrase too!
So when are we getting a durability test on this clock Jerry. I need to know if it passes the bend test.
Jerry wants to rig your watch, please watch out.
Where does wood lay on the hardness scale? I don't want this clock getting scratched by my keys.
It’s hard enough for that application, it’s a hardwood, much harder than Pine and the like.
Hey Johnny this clock is rad! Love the wood choice and the stacked rings were kind of brilliant.
Thanks Blake!
OMG it’s beautiful 👍🏻
Great looking project! Such a cool way to use an offcut
Thanks Kyle!
Seth took me here, no regret subscribing
Nice, welcome!
Love it! Would totally buy it. Love the colors
Thanks, glad you like it!
Great job! I like the end results, and I'm starting to really like seeing other material added to a project while keeping wood the main component in the construction. It seems like the more I see different projects being made like that;the more I like how they turn out. Looks like I may have to try it out myself. Thanks for your time, and effort.
Thanks man, glad you liked it!
I really like how this turned out! It is in a very similar vein as your serving platter with the gap in the corner. I like the mint color you chose too, that was perfect!
Thanks Bruce! I think the negative space in those two pieces really make the look.
Very nice Johnny! I would not have thought of macrame hoops.
Thanks Jeff! Took a lot of Googling to find the macrame rings, I wasn't familiar with them but they definitely worked perfectly.
The clock looks awesome Johnny! 👍👊 ..... And the hands are mint! .... yes, a third time 😁
Hah, thanks Fred!
Sick Clock!
Love the color pop!

As per usual, great job! I always hit the like button even before the video starts. That's the confidence I have in the fact that everything you make is going to be awesome! Oh and thanks for squaring up the hole in the back, now my OCD will not be all crazy. LOL
I appreciate that! Thanks.
This is a great project! I could see doing this with scrap boards like you would do with making a cutting board.
For sure, that'd look awesome!
SOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!
Thanks!
Very nice looking clock. What a great idea
Thanks Frank!
It looks super nice!
Thanks!
Totally feel ya on the quick wins. The mint was a good choice! Looks great
3x3Custom - Tamar .... You are a diva! Your channel is awesome 👏
Thanks Tamar! These little projects really help keep me sane while building bigger stuff. Nice to be able to knock something out in a day.
That looks awesome mate

Looks really cool Johnny. Little mint touch was a solid choice.
Thanks man!
Soo nice peace of wood
Chiếc đồng hồ treo tường kỳ lạ nhất mà tôi từng nhìn thấy, nhưng tôi thích nó 😀
Looking at the thumbnail, I didn't realize you used rings. I thought it was a solid flat band. The rings have a much nicer look. And spray paint is such an under utilized tool. Awesome stuff bud!!
Thanks man!
BEAUTIFUL WORK! Thanks for sharing man!
Thanks for watching!

*Insert Crotch joke here* haha! Stacking the rings is a great alternative to bending a larger piece.

Adding 4 pieces of brass rod at the 12, 3, 6,& 9 positions might have been a nice touch
For sure!
Amazing
Great creativity Johnny. But silver spray paint is what matches walnut!
Thanks Chris!
Very cool!
Thanks!
You make some really cool stuff. You should turn some wooden discs and put them in your ears. Go big!

Good stuff as always bro! I have this really cool looking aromatic Cedar cookie ive had it for like 2 years,it's too small to make a stool. never thought of making a clock until now!lol thanks for the inspiration Johnny!
Thanks Joe! Clock sounds perfect for your cookie.
When I first got into woodworking in 6th grade shop class I had an uncle that worked at a sawmill.and he would grab up interesting wood pieces headed for the chip grinder. Man I had to have made dozens of clocks. Almost an obsession of sorts. Made him s giant clock about half the width of his couch. It was really close shaped to Alaska and he loved Alaska. It was huge and heavy and it was the only time he asked me to make it for him. He gave me so many I'd sell them to stores and at outdoor sales. Wish I had a couple now. The chunks he'd grab would cost a hundred or so at Woodcraft. Live and learn I guess.
Nice, that sounds awesome!
Nice clock
Thanks!
Love it! Glad you chose the Mint! Seemed like the race was tight when I voted on IG
Me too, the white color actually won but I still went mint!
Very very good!!!
Thanks!
