No his harmonics are good cause he’s a freaking beast, I’ve been playing 20 years, have multiple acoustic electric guitars and could not play that section to save my life. And that is 100% a Taylor but not a clue which model.
No amount of EQ tuning will produce harmonics like that. Compression will help up to a point, but a long lasting and clear harmonic is nothing but technique. EQ cannot mask bad harmonic technique. Overdubbing the harmonics is the only thing that will, but even then he still has to play them that clean.
My only assumption is that he's mastered the exact position to place his index finger to lightly brush the string as he strums with his middle m finger. Absolutely insane talent, though

Dude, I heard that shit and damn near started crying. That was beautiful and my fingers bleed imagining how and what way I have to contort them to replicate this cause that’s bullshit. He had to have done some black magic with his other hand because that’s not how guitars work
@@maddogtank8425 it actually possibly. Used the capo to put the strings at higher octaves- harmonics would be more colorful in the process. Used his index finger to harmonize and middle finger to SPECIFICALLY hit the harmonics of the notes he's holding down. Notice his hand movement mirrors the chord structures. It is possible. Just very close to Nearly be impossible. My take is this is a pre recorded and puzzled up part we're hearing.
@Shafin Nahian impossible?? LMAO you need to practice more. It gets very easy after time. Antoine Dufour, Alan Gogoll, Mike Dawes, and a lot of other guitarists have been doing this for decades
It took a little while to understand the strummed harmonics (I haven’t seen that technique before). You use your index finger to gently place over the pinch harmonics 12 frets above the chord and then slide your ring finger nail across the string as the harmonic is played. It’s not actually as hard as I thought you just need to make sure you use the pad of your index finger which may mean changing up your angles a bit. I’m still learning to get it more consistent, but honestly if you strum pretty hard with your ring finger and get used to the position you need to make with your right hand, it comes out pretty clear. I am in college for guitar, so it may take shorter or longer to get based on your current level. It’s definitely something I’d like to work to incorporate into my playing.
Im only a beginner so i hope it doesn't sound too silly but is it different from artificial harmonics where we fret with left hand and use index and ringe fingers for harmonics and thumb and others to pluck strings ??
You're basically looking for the 12 fret relative to where you fret The 12th fret, you know how it rings out so resoundingly? You essentially create a new 12th fret by where you're holding the string with your fretting hand, then you use 2 fingers to get the sound Like, fret a string on the first fret, now go down to your 13th fret, take your index and thumb, lay the index on the spot and pluck the string with your thumb (or middle finger) (Might make a video, but since I probably won't, use this for more reference /watch?v=25DIHP_pcok)

Sweep harmonic: fret the harmonic with your index and play it with your pinky nail on the same hand. It's not hard to do, you can figure it out!
Standard practice in classical guitar music. It's hard as fuck to pull off tho, you need nails
@@thewildhealer541 It's not difficult to simply perform a sweep harmonic but it is quite a bit harder to actually use it while you're playing.
