Why don't big company just invest money in indie games that have great idea but lack of resource? I mean game like "Kingdom Come: Deliverance" Have really unique combat (and hard) that you really need to train for hour just to get good.

    • @karolinakuc4783

@@jalma9643 You know the answer. Political correctness. The company behind Kingdom Come Deliverance was offered a lot of money by some big company but under condition that they put some black people in their setting. To that Czechs said: No! There were no black people in our lands in medieval times. Why would we do that? Then they made bad press for them. That game is unacceptable because you can rape girls and you can make your character a sociopath and still be considered a hero. And something about games causing violence. But honestly that was reality in medieval country ravished by war.

Elden Ring runs at 4k 60fps maxed with stuttering occurring once ever 1-2 hours at most. When it comes to Elden Ring, it's a pure hardware issue, the software is really good. You can't expect to have animations as deep and varied with so many individual captioned frames and expect much more, the graphics in this game are actually geared towards gameplay, not empty CGI or RT effects. I can get locked 60fps at 5k in many places, locked 4k everywhere with a 7900XT and 13700k. What is an optimised game to you if not Elden Ring? A new AAA release that gets 8k 60fps locked with no stuttering lol? That's extremely unrealistic. Even I can run this this at 8k with 30fps locked if I wanted lol, and my hardware is nowhere near close enough for a legit 8k experience anywhere, not even a 4090 can do that.

Since then my game has crashed a handful of times and I had the Caij bounty hunter bug for a while which has since been fixed, but at least my first play through was smooth sailing. This in turn allow these games to be sold at discounted prices a few months later, with it still being profitable to these companies because they made such a nice and quick margin on the first adopters.
Let the sheeps pay extra for a few useless goodies along with broken games. I'll play discounted patched games. There are so many games these days that following this method allow you to be in complete control of what you play. Supply and demand is the core mechanic of capitalism. There is nothing naive about it.
Blaming everything on ''capitalism'' on the other hand is really pure hypocrisy.
You say that capitalism is exploiting workers, and making them crunch ? Ultimately YOU enable it every time you buy a game created in such conditions.
If pre-orders or companies resorting to crunch were massively boycotted, supply would adapt to the demand, because it would be the only way to make money.
Companies are not doing all this for the sake of being evil. They do it to maximize profit, because they know people are still willing to pay for it. Refusing to take responsibility for it is what is naive.
