- Winter is over here in south OZ and it is time to punch out some riding videos
What’s to come are videos on a re-paint job on my 1989 Mercedes sports coupe with the how I did it all and some valuable tips along the way with that.
A mouth off on the why I ride the type of bikes that I do and what I think about them.
After Christmas the Ninja gets mothballed and the M109-R comes out to play.
BoltBucket and I punch out some funny content for a laugh along the way as well.
Ohhh we definately do have some stuff to come!

Our opposite seasons are a great way to keep a finger on the pulse of all things motorbikes during the winter months. As we're ramping down you guys are on the upswing , so I'm definitely looking forward to yours and Bolts future vids .

Thanks buddy and yeah the warmth is just starting this last week but we are still getting a lot of rain at the moment though. but I plan to put out some content probs not heaps as I am flat out and Bolt is similar with time for vids but also with a dead clutch on his bike that he has to sort out. Still things are in the wind. Keep well man and stay safe.

You made me think about just making a video to a song. That start was very nice and inspiring. You go towards spring, and I go towards fall. But all that means is more wash at the end of the week as clothes will pile up. Sounds like a plan Roland. 😊
Thanks buddy and I hope you are going well man, yeah weather is getting better but by just though however it's a start. I like my hot summer rides through the city late at night as man here that's an awesome thing to do, stop for a coffee and a smoke or drop into a pizza joint for a feed then hit the coast roads to back home. Man that's to good to do to blow time with a camera on the bike at the same time so I just don't but I should to show how quiet it is here after hours.Keep well man and stay in touch.
@@rolandkeith5322 I am settling the injury case now. So back to some type of work here in the next couple weeks or months. Still have a lot of issues and will not be compensated for it. Just happy that I can walk and get out of my house and ride. I can imagine how beautiful it is there at night. I remember the video you did with music and slow motion through the city earlier this year or last. I think I commented on it that it sounded like a porn movie of the 90s! You made me recall a ride I did in the early 2000s in Boston, Massachusetts in the middle of the night. Went into the city and it was quite and no cars on a Sunday night. Wish I had a camera to have videoed it then. Motorcycling around where I live now in Norfolk, Virginia at night is nice also, but just need to be on the look out fro drunk drivers and young adults that go out for joy rides getting stoned. Anyways, I too hope you are enjoying life. One thing I learned from this injury, is to enjoy things more. I was facing 2 years ago, walking with a walker for the rest of my life and no motorcycling and a way different life. So embrace the good and the bad in life. Looking forward to your car videos or you fixing a 📻 radio. All very interesting to me as I like your editing style. The more I get into video making and watching other creators, I don't see people that try to make engaging and well curated videos much. So you keep making videos and I am here to support and watch! @@BlakesPipes Excuse my ignorance here but I had no idea of your injury, I was until now oblivious to this man. If you had mentioned this in a video either then I missed the fact or I missed the video entirely so apologies for that if this is the case.
Night time riding around my city or anytime for that matter is not a problem at all both for the traffic or the people because thankfully the drug problem here is not a problem. In reality the percentage of drug users to non-users here the non-drug users win by miles and miles. Drunk drivers for that matter is in the same boat, sure there are drivers driving over the limit however the limit is so low now that any more than two drinks and then one every hour after that and your over the limit. It is slightly different over in the eastern states but by population count it’s around the same deal for drugs and drinking. With gangs, drugs and just general low life’s shit and how safe one is, here think of America way back in the 1930’s and you are looking at Australian cities now in assessment. So now that that is off my chest, 24/7 is fine to ride but from around 8:30pm onwards my city is dead with major roads all to yourself with empty expressways. Families with children walk the city streets play in parks and the beachers at night all without a thought by in large at summer time and no guns and crap to protect yourself as they are just not needed or carried guns here are outlawed. People here are not as stressed or drugged up or have some kind of paranoia to think that everyone is after them or to have the need to walk life with such caution to a point where by one needs to carry a gun and my city population 1.4m.
Wow what a rant that just was ha! Shit I went down the rabbit hole there on that one. Anyways on the topic of enjoy life two things come into play there, one, I had an event in my life that left me with not much else choice but to just do that, enjoy life and two, my profession of god know how many years now cognitively re-programing people gave me the tools to manage all things that one could be experiencing in life that’s not favourable all the way through the list to death. So yeah man life is good and better here than most placers on this globe to be honest, how can I get all down and sadish from that…. eh! …….. My effort of speaking (Canadian) right there. lol.
Vid’s to come well in truth it’s time allowing the how much and what I dump onto YT but when I get the time I will pop some out so there will be a bit on both bikes my ZX14-r and my M109-R and the car’s body and paint work (doing up cars is my oldest hobby) and yes I do have a radio repair up my sleeve that I want to put out and it’s on a 1963 National Panasonic radio that I have been waiting on a rare part for over a year now that has not long come in post form new old stock in Japan so I will do that vid at some stage. So thanks for hanging in there with your support man and keep me up to date with things your way.
@@rolandkeith5322 my first and second video that I ever did was the beginning of my journey after surgery. I was working with a land whale 🐳 at 320 pounds that had a prior stroke, during transfer training from bed to wheel chair, her good leg buckled and my 180 pound frame at the time could not with stand the weight and herniated L3 disk with severe impingement to L3 nerve which I lost more the 50 strength in my left quads. It almost been 18 months post surgery as it took 4 months to get. So Nov 3rd is 2 years. Still not healed but I need to go back to work. But I will not be returning as a therapist, as I am unable to perform the lifting at this time. Gained 50 pounds and picked up more drinking because of the pain. But this is a slow return from after something I never would have thought would happen to me. I was running 25 miles a week and very active with kayaking and enjoying life. I have learnt that , what you have today, can get taken away in a blink of an eye. But I live on the beach and walk it every morning. Which is where I am at presently. Listening and watching waves and boats coming in and out of Norfolk harbor. Anyways, the drug use here is mild to moderate. But I grew up in New Jersey and that is the most population per square mile on the planet just a few years ago. So seeing stuff before it happens is my super hero talent. As for drinking here in my area, it's the largest navy presents and they do enjoy there drink. Just finished my pipe and going to go ride my bicycle for mor exercise. Have a great weekend Roland.
