    i have been searching videos non stop for my 06 cbr600rr and its hard to find good videos regarding these years from2003-2006 on the cbr. i subcribed because i had seen multipule videos from you. thank you! I am taking my bike back to stock from how it was from the previous owner. these videos are helping me a lot. keep up the good content!

    Good video up but I have brake pressure issues post installation. I don't think opening the reservoir is a wise choice, I did it per the video. I pumped the brakes till they were firm again after bolting the calipers and new brakes back on. I may need to bleed the system, however it doesn't look like you had to bleed the system? Odd. Could be I just need to let them bed in? Btw, I have a 04 CBR600RR red like yours, with the black tail instead. I forget what the color code is.

    Reuse the bolts 1 or twice max. Watch some championship races. No one carries an extra set of bolts for calipers. If you feel it's too much of a risk for you, you can buy locktight to put on each bolt. Make sure it's the motorcycle friendly locktight

      Thanks Kevin. To clarify, the concern with a torque-to-yield type of bolt is not that it will come loose with vibration (which is what Loctite helps with), it's that it will actually fail from shear or tensile loads and just pop off. Changing it every single time is probably not necessary for this application, but as you said once or twice should be quite conservative.
