In many other countries it would have only been seen as two people arguing on a train about getting bumped or blocking a door.... which really wouldn't have been newsworthy. Maybe trying to point out racial and nationality differences helps them get views. Or maybe it's just because the country is almost 98% homogeneous and they're not as accustomed to living with people from many other nationalities and races.
Foreigner probably had a point. I've definitely experienced some BTS passengers with zero situational awareness.
