What if you brows are naturally blonde but you colour your hair dark? I hate my eye brows. If I didn’t colour them they would be invisible

Which would you recommend if the patient has very thin hair growth due to thyroid issue hair loss? Would powder look strange and microblading add the illusion of having hair?
