"What do you mean, 'made your peace,'? What was your war?" Is such a good line
WW2?!
"why are you guys angry, did the baseball crank do something"
Adam sounds so much more confident and aggressive on this episode, no joke, Im very happy how much better about himself TAFS has made him
Really a heart-warming gay coming of age tale with my best friend Adam.
Yea the boys weren’t keeping up with them lol
Best episode, by the end
What having Nick go from your abuser to supporter will do to a man.
best ep in awhile. Adam was able to get the boys on their pre Bernie levels of enthusiasm. Felix and esp Matt dropped some gems 💎
this ep gave me strong 2017 vibes i actually had to double check the date to make sure i hadnt clicked on an old video lmao. they havent sounded this boysclub-y in a hot minute lol
Felix getting self conscious about living in LA and claiming he’s about to moved back to NYC is the funniest this show has been in ages
He moved to LA? Why?
I can't imagine Felix having a real job. Like... I can imagine Matt having a job where he doesn't talk to anyone except when he "reminds" people they hit reply all, I can't imagine Felix doing a job. I can't even imagine Felix getting paid to stream games.
It's kind of amazing how effortlessly Adam can be one of the most irritating people on earth, yet somehow never to the point that people want to stop hanging out with him
Great episode. This newfound daring from adam after a year of tafs has made this so amazing.
I would never treat a woman "Crowder-style"
adam doing his standup bits on the pod
Thank you Chris for the Nick singing clip. I didn’t think i could smile more at the end and then bam
I love how they touch base on the use of different words people use are influenced because they seen it on an social media now it part of their autistic vocabulary
Like how therapy language breached containment
@@52flyingbicycles send em back
18:04 "Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup" I remember seeing that one
Sound engineering by Matt Christmas 🎄🎄🎄
and Christmas Wade actually expects us to pay for this slop
Truly one of the most disorganized, incoherent, and pointless eps of the podcast ever... very fun, on my second listen
Adam brings discordinate cumtown energy
adams funny when he's not on his show
I checked and this is the most liked comment on the ep. Poor Adam. He and Nick are in a toxic co-dependent relationship. The sex stopped being good years ago and now they're just ... _here_
Matt must get so lonely being impenetrably correct
Adam had Matt's original audio from 2016.
adam fucking loves saying algonquin round table
Adam reads trivial pursuit every night before bed. What's he going to do, NOT say facts??
Adam is actually pretty funny when he doesn’t have Nick and Stav around to bully him
.........yeaaaaaaah. 😬
Gay
To hold him back you mean (Nick, Stav is great and funny)
Who's the lovely lady in the thumbnail? She looks bratty and submissive.
Nellie Ohr
sitting and hearing adam pull loudly on a vape during a podcast and just thinking, "God damnit, Nick. Wtf have you done."
Adam and Nick's dancing bit was one of the funniest things I've seen in a while.
I'm glad you guys still take some time to just let loose and have fun. this was a very upbeat one.
If Eric Clapton was my dad I would jump out of a window too
You know he wrote The Lion King and Terminator 2
@@InaneBlatherPodcast I thought Elton John wrote the Lion King

cool to hear some matt backstory on this one
He goes deeper on his back story in the cush vlog
@@Kwalk1989I mean, I'm ready to move to Manitowoc.
Oh so this is the matty healy guy
I haven't laughed like this with a episode of CTH for a long time.
I hope Felix finds out about the absurd JJCAT conspiracy theory (Japanese-Jewish Common Ancestry Theory) and how the creators of the Shin Megami Tensei games were influenced by it. I remember going down that rabbit hole once long ago, could never really look at some of my favorite games the same again.
oh shit ik smt ≠ persona but is that why tartarus is like that lol? i actually learned so much about jewish mythology/folklore from persona lmfao
SMT is influenced by a lot of things which I don't know that the creators actually believe. I mean, the basic premise of the series is "What if God was actually the way the Old Testament portrays him?" which ends up with a war between God and Satan being a conflict with two evil sides, which actual Jews or Christians tend to not like. I don't know enough about the creators to say for sure they don't believe the things in the games (Persona 2 is famously based on some insane ideas), but I wouldn't assume that taking inspiration and believing are the same thing.
@@OrangeStrayCateirikrjs.blogspot.com/2017/06/jjcat.html?m=1 it's an interesting read if you take a look. Being interested in religion and mythology was what drew me into SMT in the first place, I'm well aware of its foundations. It's not about believing or not believing, it's just some weird shit some Japanese game devs are into and puts some things like the Yatagarasu into some weird context. Give it a read.
ah yes the way of the Samurabbi
The Russo-Japanese War shout is on the money. It set in train the entire corpsepile 20th century while essentially being slapstick.
Man this was such a good episode
Was just listening to the Adam show where he trashes DW from Arthur, “I know I’m hanging with my dawgs!”
Sit down Galaga at Pizza Hut blew my little 10 y/o mind.
My favorite ep of the main series in years
Very glad to have the hero Adam Friedland calling these west coast anti semites to account, I too missed this boy
Nice to see more successful gay Jewish youths getting air time, very based

"It's Pontypool baby!" was such a great and accurate pull.

Is this the "Kids these days" episode? I canvased for Obama uphill both ways! And now I have a podcast.
The Center Left Liberal Seath Squad
This episode was kind of annoying with how much Adam was complaining, but then I realized he's subconsciously venting about Nick, and now it's hilarious
Nick and Adam are best bros off mic.
29:00 shut up Matt, a milkshake a damn day, healthy bones cold neurons live strong milk hard
For someone who claims to love military history, he's going to get his shit rocked in the eternal skeleton wars
Adam fucking went off in that last half hour. Loved it.
Adam was right, the audip is fucking horrible on this.
This is 2018 energy and its not that bad, even without Amber..
Im glad im not the only one that misses Amber
Amber and Matt going off on the same topic used to be some of my fav moments
i love when felix goes on rants about o-block
I honestly don't really care for Adam Friedland, all that much. But he won me over with the midwestern food bits. He's spot on with the "eating salisbury steak, saying thank you and not meaning it." lmao So spot on as someone who grew up closer to where Matt did Wisconsin.
28:24 Oh my God, I am drinking through a metal straw I stole from somewhere as this clip played.
Greetings Mr. Chapo you seem to follow my lawyers advice and post a proper greater than a hour episode. Don't slip up Mr. Chapo my lawyers are watching.
Adam topped so hard in this ep.
This a _boys_ chat
The best chat
31:05 beans with milk is probably the most disgusting mental image I've ever had with this show and I heard the dick mangling episode.

Actually, the worst thing in the world is pussy that gives you spontaneous, recurring, weeping genital herpes warts. Bon Apatit.
Oh! This is the episode Mike Racine was talking about when he called Adam spineless
i love you all so fucking much it hurts
Adam is both likable and mad annoying at the same time lol
You can really see how Nick Mullen considers Adam one of his best friends and at the same time is constantly blowing up at him and telling him to shut the fuck up
A lot of people would argue that you just described the entirety of the Chosen people

I don't know where people get his toilet thing. Find a stool prior to 1950, and those damn things can barely flush water, never mind a turd, and they'll use 300 gallons while failing to do it.
I beg to differ.
Old school crappers usually had the cistern high up close to the ceiling and the extra gravity from the longer drop could flush mucho excrementay.
