You’ve got great floors. Don’t replace them. That tile floor isn’t painted, it’s glazed and yes, valuable. Repair the loose tiles and clean the dirt. That is your fancy entertaining room for company. When you’ve finally got some money, put a large chandelier in that room. That bathroom looks okay for now if everything works, just needs a really good clean up. Reconsider removing those kitchen cupboards. They’re serviceable. Just clean them and paint them all a creamy white. Replacing them can wait if you decide to. You’re going to need your money for windows, roof and repairs that are going to turn up and have priority.
I agree about the kitchen cabinets. Clean and paint them. Save the money for needed repairs. Living in the space will give a better perspective on how the kitchen needs to function and future design choices. Great location so close to the sea! Looking forward to seeing your progress.
Thanks for the advice. We decided to replace the kitchen cabinets. Too high to get to most of them and they had no depth to them. I actually liked them the green but there you go. Totally agree with the chandelier and am already on the lookout for a nice second hand one. So many people here just throw their stuff away when the remodel (second hand shops and antique shops not a thing). The windows are next now that the roof repairs are done (videos coming).
I like the editing, when its starts always with that window opening...but i wish you would connect yourself to water and electricity, and start working on the house..its a beautiful and and big house, and the garden too..good luck
Watching from Texas. Love it all, thanks.
Lovely floor Milton
Just came across your channel. Looking forward to seeing how things progress.
Welcome aboard!
It's true ,these floors are worth a lot of money and are highly after on the market ,the original ones, because you can also find the industrial ones
They cane up really well. That said a fair number of them need to be reset.

Noted! Power and water is on :-). Kind of.....
I'm getting all caught up on your videos. The house is lovely. Maybe change your intro where you're NOT opening all the doors and windows every time.
Was driving me crazy too. Done it now. The new vids have a fresher intro. Still working on the music......
