I'm currently 22 CS student who will graduate in 1 year and Now I'm preparing myself to be fully qualified to apply for jobs in Norway, I'm working on projects and focusing so much on Competitive Programming because it way improves my problem solving skills, I'm Egyptian and I want to get the working visa in Norway. The only advice in general I can give you and that matters to me as someone who conducts interviews for my unit is this: show me that you love what you do! When it comes to Germany vs Norway; I know both countries well, and I can tell you only how I see it through my eyes :) As a foreigner, stick with Norway. You will have a well-balanced life. The One advice I would give you in terms of getting a job is this and which is true for both countries: learn the language. Life will be 10X simpler.
