Thanks for the detailed and informative video. The rear air on my '06 Expedition doesn't click, but only blows out of the floor vent. Would replacing this mode actuator allow me to switch it back up to the ceiling vents?
Some body tell my if is the same thing for a navigator 2004 and my ac in front is cool but in the rear is just warm I will like to know if anyone can help me. Thanks
Great thanks. Now if it's the bottom, how hard is that to get to? Ford needs to stop using cheap plastic. Guess it's a money thing to keep people buying stuff that they know is going to break. Hope mine's just the top one

I removed the actuator today and the gears were broken. Manually switched the door to ceiling. Feels great now. Ordering new actuator.
