That part you found underneath the seat hooks onto the rails underneath the back passenger seat, the seat you fold down to get to the 3 row

Yeah it connects with the part that's most likely still sitting in place by itself like mine was it has a 6 or a 7 millimeter bolt that holds the 2 plastic covers together
