How about JPS billing customers with months of estimated bills when they think they must collect even though there's no usage! Not even when they read & saw no usage, they still think you have to pay them! REALLY! GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO STAY ON TOP OF THIS COMPANY
I remember the PM said when he win he going to bring in the big light and power company so people can afford electricity. He was in opposition when he said it I guess.
