I have the HPN Craft press and that happened to me a couple of times. I was like what the heck. Why isn’t it counting down. You have to hit the set button again then you’ll see it counting down.

@@adubbproductions I didn't complain in this video and I noticed that you edited your response. I'm not here to argue anymore to be honest I looked up to both of you. Like I said it's always inspirational to see two black men working together in the same space. But I kind of felt like you bashed NeverDenyMe and he's not even here to defend himself. That was my main issue. I still wish you well.
I think when you set you temp you didn't press set and same with your timer after setting each you have to press set again if you don't your timer will run but won't count down and same with the temp if you st it and don't press set again it will read 400 but might not be up to temp yet
Can you please help me I decided to buy a sawgrass because of your videos but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly I purchased the SG 500 Starter I feel like my Magenta ink ran out way too quick after three uses.. And when I try to adjust the colors and the type of paper I don’t get the correct paper options what am I doing wrong??

You didn't check the temp on that press you need a thermo gun to make sure you are at the right temp. All presses do not hold temp the same 400 on that press might actually be 345 so yo may have to set the press at a higher temp to get 400
That makes sense and sounds logical but when I pressed it the second time I didn’t adjust the temperature. I’ve been using this press for months and have never had that issue. I always set it to 400. But you are absolutely right. I am going to invest in a thermo gun. Thank you.
I saw something online you can Recalibrate the heat setting if the reading on ur gun is different than the press I just got the small 12x9 siser heat press from Michele’s seams good 👍 but I wanted the pink press well use soon to see if I’m going to return it for the pro or the hotronix might not need to? siser is a good brand so will see how it work out for me wish me luck 🍀
Did you figure out if your new press was bad or operator error just wondering because I always forget to repress my set buttons and think it's messed up
It was the set button. But overall it still has mechanical issues that should have been addressed when they manufactured it. There is no way clothes should get caught in springs or get ripped while pressing them. The craft pro is still a no for me.
I agree about the 15x15 my shirts always get caught on the rails of the slider. Are you going to make a video on your 16x20 and let us know what you think about that one
Chris Karas That 16x20 is smooth and buttery. Lol the only thing is it’s super heavy. Other than that really nothing bad I can say about it. Video coming soon. I have a few other thing I can think of to say about it.

I feel like all the heat presses suck I want the craft pro so badly but I’m probably going to wait for something better and just keep my little guy I just got a 9x12 siser heat press ? I want a nicer one but I feel like they all suck in there on way
The really desirable presses are the ones with the auto open and slide out drawer. Everything else is just a press to get your business started until you feel like spending the extra money for the auto open presses. They still get the job done just the same though.

I can totally understand not having much space. The way I look at it is if the 15x15 is what you need to make money then the space will have to be compromised until you can get a bigger space. The business the 15x15 gets you could potentially get you a bigger space.
You really should change the print to vivid when not printing a face of a person. You always print everything on photographic and that's suppose to be only for printing flash. Watch a few videos on it I wouldnt lie to you lol. Try tho for real I said something before to you but must not remember.

Brother if you got ten plus years from that press you should be happy if it still works. This is an unfair comparison to for the new year press. It like comparing a ball player who never played college ball, as apposed to someone straight out of high school.
