Wish they would sell that sure pressure as an add on for the signature series
I missed the live stream but we're ok here in Katy, Texas. Looking at adding some equipment to expand our fishing lure manufacturing company to allow us to create our own merchandise and perhaps as another side hustle for merch for other clubs and companies. Thanks HPN!

by using which printer can I print pu vinyl paper? can you please suggest me some desktop size midrange pu vinyl printer?
I have to say I just purchased the signature Pro, and it is sooooo heavy, I had a hard time picking it up by myself. I am also stuck with how to connect the attachments that came with it (8 in 1). I contacted the 1-800 number this morning, and I am still waiting for the email. The instructions does not tell you how to attach/connect the other pieces. You make it look easy...:)

How do I get the press to stay down?
Your heat press should stay closed when you press. It might be a pressure issue. Does your heat press stay closed when the pressure is loosened all the way?

Hi Jose! Unfortunately, the auto-open mechanism can not be changed. We'd recommend an auto-open press to relieve having to physically unclamp your press.
Does the swing away have a interchangeable platen option?
Hi Christopher! No, these machines do not have the interchangeable platen option. To do so, a multifunction machine would be needed.

If the auto-open feature isn't working, it's very likely due to insufficient pressure. We recommend performing the paper pressure test (heat.press/papertest). Is there a versatile printer for all printing needs or is that too modern just yet
Hi Stacy! The UniNet iColor 560 or 650 would be a great printer as it offers different types of cartridges for different prints. You can easily swap them out without issues.
@@HeatPressNation I recently purchased the 16x24 signature pro. The extended handle wasn't properly machined thus won't attach. How long does it take to receive a new handle or will I need to send it back?
Those the heat plate has an even temperature?
There is going to be a slight variance across the heat plate on literally every heat press. The HPN Signature Pro heat presses operate with about 15 degrees variance across the heating element. This has been tested to be perfectly sufficient for nearly all heat transfers. (Some special transfers may require a few extra seconds in a Signature Series press) If you want a heat press with the absolute minimum variance - usually about 5-10 degrees or so - we recommend purchasing a Geo Knight or Stahls Hotronix heat press.
Is there any way to fix a spark problem from the power cord?

Which pris would be better depress wood glass plaques Puzzle
We're recommend a swing-away heat press for thicker items like plaques. It'll also work great for all flat items like puzzles, glass, t-shirts, photo panels, etc.
Hey guys, I bought the signature series 15x15 press and my drawer slides out on its own. Is this normal? I have it on a level surface and when not in use it just slides out, even if I have it closed...
It should have a soft "lock" when pushed in all the way that prevents any sliding. Also, the table may be level, but you might need to adjust the feet of the press to make sure the press itself is level. Raising the front feet should also stop this.
Hey just got the sure pressure heat press today, it's hella hard to turn the knob any suggestions?
If you're working with a clamshell heat press, lower the handle a little bit. The pressure is much easier to adjust when the heating element is close to the bottom platen (but not touching).
@@HeatPressNation … I just got this press as well and the knob is ridiculously unable to turn.. read the above reply and tried it and it worked.. now I noticed if I leave the pressure on 3… it does not stay closed.
When not in use.. are these presses supposed to be closed or open?
My 15 x 15 press keeps beeping after it counts down to 0. I just received it. Whenever i set the desired time and hit OK, it automatically counts down without me taking any action. Help needed!!

The heat press will count down once the handle is lowered. It should not be counting down if the press is in the open position. If there is a malfunction with the timer, or any other component, please call our Technical Support team at (800)215-0894 and they'll be happy to assist you.
I have 16x24 signature HPN heat press and the heating element keeps coming unscrewed and ruining the product. When adjusting the pressure it falls off. I've had this heat press for the past few months and I'm very upset with this purchase.

@@HeatPressNation I have already called and have an open ticket with technical support. Three emails today with no response. I have had problems since it hit my doorstep and have notes in my file. I just need answers for the problem, a solution, or a replacement at this point. Your tech support today told me to "try Loctite" to see if that helps. I have been pressing for going on 5 years with everything from a $300 Gecko to your signature line. Never have I had to do anything just to keep a heat press from falling apart.
