Hi Love the vid. I had a question not sure if you'd be able to answer it. I'm having an issue with sublimated twill. When the twill is pressed there is shrinkage which cause issues for the dst file. Would you have any advice for this?
Hi Gregory, anytime I use a poly twill that has shrinkage I will pre press the twill so that when I do the dyesub the design does not have an issue lining up with the embroidery part of the design. thanks, Mike Doe
PDF on the Roland seems to work better for me and was originally suggested from Roland so I use it, though any readable format will work and is personal preference.
Great video , I often add guide run stitch to put the patch on it easily
Great tip!
Isn't that what all pros do, instead of laser guide etc.? why so much hassle?
Am I able to pay for custom printing on twill?

So if I’m sewing a number on a jersey all I have to do is use the laser to go around the number and it stitches it out?
Hello, the number would need to be digitized in a program like Melco DesignShop first.
@@MelcoEmbroidery could u send your email I have a few questions on how to get that set up
Can that be roll be used to print with the epson f570?
Yes you can dye sublimate twill from the Epson F570.
@@MelcoEmbroidery How about the f170?
Also why are you using PDF vs PNG?

This white poly twill is perfect for dye sub and appliqué. www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-material-poly-twill
I bought this, sublimated and when I go to press on a hat it fades and turns white. Any thoughts?
