He was trying to steal from me on the 2nd clip. So glad Mike with 405 saw him off to the side. Appreciate you posting this and just further getting it out there.
Sad to say but the amount of scammers and thieves has gone up exponentially in recent years. Some stores I go to will literally stand over you and watch flip through binders. Which is a bit uncomfortable as an honest customer but sadly very necessary from the store's POV.
Yep. This is what happens when (real) money starts to get involved. It’s inevitable. The only way to combat it is to move to a system where the many who are trustworthy must pay the price for the bad deeds of the few. Sucks, but it’s human nature in the end; and all that we can do is what we are best at, adapt!
@@williamgilbert3398 Sure, watching. Something is, but likely not a human with any kind of power or even DESIRE to do anything. That last one is the most important. It has to be bigger money before people care.

The looking side to side, looking up, when his focus should be on the cards he's looking at are dead giveaways. All the dealer would have to do is divert 10% of his attention to that binder and he most likely would have got one of those shifty eyes.

I was working at an antique show in Hawaii about 25 years ago… I was helping my close friends from Las Vegas. They had a booth with estate jewelry. About 3 hours into the show, they noticed a 7 carat ($100,000) Harry Winston diamond ring was missing. CC Cameras were viewed and she had put her hand in between the cases and grabbed it while the dealer had his back turned for 10 seconds. Just like that. An older lady who had looked about 65 and looked rich. Probably a klepto. Some people just get a thrill out of getting something and getting away with it. They didn’t have insurance for it. Called police…. They put the incident on local television and the ladies own friend turned her in. Told them she was showing off her new ring at a birthday dinner. They got it back and she got probation.

How sad.
