- Rainy weather is my favorite. Today I headed out to Sebastopol for some errands. And I also took a walk around town. Rainy walks are fine by me.

My name is Scott and in 2015, I bought a Ram ProMaster City to live in. Even though I didn’t know much about RV’s and campervans, I set about building the van out as a minivan camper. And in April of 2016, I moved into my minivan full time.
Over the years, I’ve learned you don’t need to have a big skill set to build your own campervan. And that living as a minimalist and utilizing solar power can be a less expensive way to live. I’ve also learned that a minivan can be a very comfortable home.

I got myself a scale and now have a recipe for my "perfect cup" using the aeropress. The beans I use are a Kenyan/Ethiopian blend at a light/medium roast (Grams below)
14.7g grounds (from 15g of whole beans). Inverted method. Add a small amount of boiling water and wet all grounds to "breath" for 15 seconds (timed from when the water first hits the pile of ground). Add more water to total 118g and stir just enough to make sure all clumps are broken up and wet. At 2:15 (2 minutes after the breath completes) press out the coffee over approximately 30 seconds and full press to squeeze out the grounds. Optionally add 16g soy milk.

Ooh I love a toasted English muffin dripping with butter and jam - with a steaming cup of coffee. Yummy. Eggs are great on a cooler day but my go to favorite is the jam version. At least you were well fueled up for your chores.

My wife and I, were homeless in our GMC terrain. Slept in the front seats. We did this for 5+yrs. I’d never want to go back to it. It gives me hyper anxiety due to my. Very territorial ways and mannerisms. From weirdos, nosey folks, security, Karen’s and cops. FYI,,,, here’s a HELPFUL TIP to those struggling. ALL MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN HOTELS ALL HAVE. FREE BREAKFAST 7-DAYS A WEEK. Go in cleaned up, walk in like you own it. GET YOURSELF A FREE MEAL. Don’t be greedy and blend in. You’ll never be asked or questioned about your room #. Then leave, as some would after checking out. Stay warm, stay strong, stay safe everyone! 🫶🏼👋🏽🫡

That muffin looks more like a bagel. I love Thomas muffins. They are great toasted then peanut butter and jelly or an egg with sausage patty. Yummy. I like gloomy cool rainy days to just lay in bed with a good book.

When I buy decaf I do buy a darker roast than normal. I do always use whipping cream. Coffee is a luxury and like you I go out of my way for the best flavor I can get.
It would take approximately 20 to 48 cups of decaf coffee to equal the caffeine of one cup of regular coffee (depending on the brand). You're all set !
