This was absolutely the most fun workout ever!! It was quite a good workout, too. We couldn’t keep up with Zoe, lol. I don’t know if she is a ballerina, but she sure moves like one. Both of you were just so happy and energetic in this video. I’m so glad we chose this one for our evening workout!!!!

I love this so much, but it made me laugh too! I thought, great there's a kid in it, this will be an easy, relaxing workout. Then reality struck! Your daughter has all of her Mama's talent and then some! Thanks for your comment. I create 3 levels (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize all of the workouts into the playlists. The gentle level workouts might be a good place to start and before long, you'll be moving up to the next level. Just keep coming back daily, and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with how quickly you'll progress.
