@@myleneturbide9087 Sandy doesn’t really correct darkness at all, I would try Mango instead. It’s only one darker but the coverage difference is night and day between the 2 for dark circles.
OMGoodness! If I had this video 2 yrs ago my Seint journey would've been ssooo much easier. I was given Mango to correct and wasn't shown how to use it properly. Therefore I have a palette FULL of main highlight colors. Thank you so much for agreeing to color match me.
I have had a problem getting my rosacea redness and blemishes covered with other makeup. I also have a few dark veins on my neck that I have just given up hope ever being able to cover. When you did my color match (spot on by the way 👌🏻) you suggested mango to color correct. And it works!!! It will color correct all my redness and blemishes, even the dark veins on my neck! I am very fair and my main highlight shade is white peach so I am still playing around with how much product to use. Your videos are great!
Omg I tried this and definitely a game changer. I was doing so many things wrong this whole time lol. Thank you thank you for all your videos. Oh and using the perfector sponge after every layer has been a god send lol. I was having issues with my makeup sliding off cuz I’m quite oily and it worked so well. Ok I’m rambling!! I just wanted to let you know 💜❤️
You are correct, colour correct lol! My highlight(Candlelit)did not stay until you suggested mango after seeing my selfie and that changed everything. I am so happy with the coverage and longevity!!!
These are probably too light for you - and Aura is yellow based on top of Amber - also very warm. I am happy to color match you! You likely need a warm corrector and more neutral main shade. Here is my color match request! form.jotform.com/90865284046160
Have you ever tried Aspen instead of mango. I usually wear Sandy or Wheat and I feel Mango pulls to orange on me I have heard Aspen might be one to try…but you are my go to
I love your videos and have learned so much. My main highlight is candlelit and mango leaves me too orange. I have melasma in a very large area of my face (most of both cheeks and jawline and chin) so I have such a hard time getting coverage without being too yellow.
I am having an issue with using a color corrector (papaya) for a dark spot on my cheek.. do I cover the whole cheek and blend out or just that spot.. when it do that it actually looks the same for some reason
You are amazing at describing techniques. I am going to be using mango, then white peach, then linen. (Waiting for back ordered colors). Now I have even a better idea on how to proceed. Fingers first with “mango!” Can’t wait to try it!
Have you gotten color matched yet? There's a link in the description box below the video for a request. In my matches I share my info in order to sign up for my text alerts for restocks too!
@@TheContouredChemist So much better today. I haven't been practicing as much as I should since I'm working from home lately. But this method helped with Magic Mango!! Now if I can just perfect my eyeshadow like yours! You make it look so simple. :)
I did the same, watched everything twice over (only positive about quarantine)! My cats now know Sarah's voice, if she walked in my house, they'd greet her!😂🤣😸😸😸
I am excited to get my mango to use with my new color (June) which is awesome! I have been loving the best blend forever brush! I get the best application!
I am having a hard time with color correcting I tried Mango, but it isn't covering the pigmentation. I was originally color matched with Mango and Sandy. I went back and ordered Goddess and Papaya, but still am not getting good coverage correcting color pigmentation. Can you help?
Hyperpigmentation can be tricky since it depends on the darkness of the spot and the tone of it. So usually if its too dark and is showing through layers of Mango alone, I'd recommend going up to Papaya. But with Papaya you need to apply that first, then layer Mango over it to "bridge the gap" and tone it down and bring it closer to matching. Then depending on how it looks and your skin tone you might need a lighter shade to tone it down more. Papaya doesn't work well without the Mango. Have you tried that?
Now I'm wondering if I should have also ordered the salmon color (Frenchie?) just for undereye area. I currently use a salmon color by Jane I, which is the only thing that has ever beaten my circles down. Guess I can try Mango under eyes and see how it goes for that area only.
@@Anca820 I can't wait for you to try Mango! Try that and see....I've tried both (one under each eye) and can't tell a difference! Frenchie is currently out but its supposed to be back soon!!!
I love our Wednesdays together! Instead of "Tuesdays with Morrie" is is Wednesdays with Sarah! Thank you for sharing all of the tips for magic mango! I have been practicing with it over the past few weeks and think the dot method may be just what I needed! I will try this technique tomorrow! I am still not very fast with my application and look forward to the day when I can do this as fast as you can. I am still having some creasing issues along my lower nasal folds. Any ideas? I do not yet have the perfector sponge from maskcara beauty as that has been out of stock but have been using two other brands. Do not seem to be as supple as the MB brand so maybe my issue will resolve when I get the MB one? Also, I was able to get some stay spray from ebay as we are out of that too and I have been experimenting with this as well and applying as a primer in that area too. I have not yet found the right balance but having fun problem solving. I am having so much fun with this makeup and enjoy getting ready every day. Thank you for sharing your passion and expertise with us! You are a blessing!
Awww you are the sweetest!!! Thanks for always watching love! I hope this method works for you...it can definitely take some trial and error but you will get there! I do think the Perfector will help you, I have tried all the sponges out there with these creams and the Perfector just works sooo much better for some reason. Have you tried a touch of Vanilla Dust there to stop the creasing too? I occasionally use that too when I have a more full coverage look and know I'm wearing more product. I'm so happy to hear you are having fun getting ready everyday! That's the BEST!!!!!
Where are all my fellow color correction lovers out there?!!!!
Sarah, is the best way to ask a question here or via email re: an order?

I show it in the Troubleshooting Undereyes video 👍🏻

What’s a color corrector?
A shade that matches the darkest tones in your skin first. Leads to much better coverage, longevity and overall finish :)
