Thankfully I watched a lot of your how-to videos before I purchased, and I also had you color match me so I had no problems! I also learned to use the Buff brush and it’s wonderful but you need to learn about the brush before you start applying highlight. 🤓

Were you double cleansing at night? It is important to remove cream makeup with an oil cleanser first then a water based cleanser. Even just to remove sunscreen, this is important!

Watching your vids and following your helpful tips made application super easy from day one. The color match was spot on and I’m amazed with the results! My previous concerns with visible pores, under eye texture and redness have all been addressed with this makeup. Pores… what pores? They virtually disappear! Also, following your advice on using my contour color to file in my brows has eliminated my life-long struggle to make my white/blonde brows more visible. I was fortunate to find your videos when I was first starting out researching Seint makeup. Your older video on how to do the first application was a LIFE SAVER!!! It saved me from making so many mistakes and definitely shortened my learning curve! Every negative review I have seen has been because they don’t follow the the proper techniques when applying the makeup or they weren’t color matched correctly. And to put a plug in for you as an artist, you did a perfect color match on the first try for me! And you have been super helpful and answered my emails quickly even “after the sale”. So far my dry Rosacea prone sensitive skin is LOVING this makeup and is the first I have found that covers my redness. 🙌🏻🌟🥇
I began using Seint during COVID and had never seen it applied or even seen anyone who used it. I had no idea how to use it!! I wasn't even told about the color correcting and have a lot of sunspots. I also got the wrong brush as my first brush. Looking forward to trying it on a fresh face.
I need help!! I got color matched by someone and it’s completely wrong.. my face turns out so blotchy , the cream is not blended or fully covered and I’m so disappointed. I deff need darker shades. Is the highlighter the foundation ? And the illuminator the “highlight”?

Nope just years of good skincare to finally get the natural glow then our creams 👍🏻 You an also add Glow illuminator though and swirl it with the Bella bronzer to get look!
I know exactly who you're talking about. I was sooo disappointed she used Seint without learning how to do it. I enjoy her videos but my jaw hit the floor with that one. She's done a disservice to her viewers and future Seint users.
Okay did I watched the same video that you did? Haha The one I watched was a girl that does reviews on everything. She did a review on our seint makeup. Yes she did not watch any videos to see how this makeup works because she did choose two colors and she just applied the makeup with her fingers all over her face like a regular Foundation. I found myself screaming at the video saying no that is not how to use it... anyway she really did not like this makeup, Only the hilight. She did not do her research so I wrote and I posted to her very nicely that she needed to do a little research on this makeup before doing a review. I noticed three other people also commented almost the same thing I did. Thank you for posting this video explaining the correct way to use this makeup! This person can learn a thing or two from you! And yes she chose two wrong colors and I posted that to her also that she should be color matched and it was free and then I recommended that she watch one of your videos. Yes I did Sarah. I told her to go to the contoured chemist! That was not a fair video and I was not alone I saw that few other people saying the same thing.
