*_That turned out absolutely gorgeous, dude! A fantastic piece to use for years to come! Please keep up this excellent work and videography! You are doing a fantastic job! 🍻🤘💜_*
nicely done. i like the brass handle too. being a small bottle jack the pressure relief should let go before the handle bends. wish my jacks looked like this one lol
Hi hallo, On the subject of spare parts for such jacks, is there a website where you can get spare parts such as zero rings (but everyone calls them O rings) and the like?
Jup here in Germany it's the same, but unfortunately with the premise that there are no molded parts but only zero rings then flat gaskets and the same but only for water not for oil or hydraulic oil and that is more aggressive than water (I know from experience because 14 days used and already they were decomposed)
@@AJRestoration Yeah, I can't say I've seen epoxy spray from other brands locally. It looks really good though so definitely worth it. The zinc accents look really good too
I can't get enough of this stuff. I don't know why, but it having the little leaves on it straight from where it's been sitting made me happy.
I am glad you enjoyed it haha, I also loved the little leaves on there.

Excellent work….it’s so therapeutic making old stuff better than new..
Take no notice of the negative comments…jealousy is a terrible thing…
Had one just like this but green for years... Nice to see one brought back to life.

Ripper job. Did notice that the oring and ring seal on the pump plunger were swapped around? Looks beautiful with the plated accents
Any indication of a maker/Brand name?
Unfortunately not.
Gran trabajo un saludo
Hi hallo, On the subject of spare parts for such jacks, is there a website where you can get spare parts such as zero rings (but everyone calls them O rings) and the like?
I get O-ring kits from my local hardware store, it usually has all the sizes one might need.
Jup here in Germany it's the same, but unfortunately with the premise that there are no molded parts but only zero rings then flat gaskets and the same but only for water not for oil or hydraulic oil and that is more aggressive than water (I know from experience because 14 days used and already they were decomposed)

Correct, ill change it over some time.
what is the plating recipe???
No idea, its a plating kit I bought a few years ago.
I call them pickup tool box jacks 😊
Muito bom gostei 👏
I think you put the backer ring and o-ring on backwards, just recently watched Farmcraft101 talk about how he did the same on his excavator 😅
I did actually haha, I noticed it in the editing. I was like wait a damn minute! It works like normal though, ill change it over some time.
@@AJRestoration Came here to comment the same. Please don’t be under the load when this Oring pops. It will, one day.
But a nice end result! 👍
What size of that small o ring and where can i purchase i have a 2ton trolly jack the red one and oil is leaking when pumped

Looks good. That paint must have cost the price of a new one. Rustoleum is terribly overpriced.
It was quite pricey but its rather good stuff compared to the other brands.
