Have a fabulous time both! When we did our road trips the last few summers, we used the overnight Stenaline ferry from Harwich to Hook of Holland, which was great fun. Definitely cut the driving down, as we wanted to start with Walibi Holland, Toverland and Movie Park Germany etc. Gained us a theme park day, but not as much sleep as you’d think though, as Stena wake up call is so early to disembark!

Not that I’m aware of for the areas we are travelling in. I believe it depends on the roads that you are using!

I dont know how you have the energy to go to a theme park after all that traveling, you must be tired. Are you going to do a little road map to show where you are based and where all the parks are like you did for your USA trip, i liked that map that showed your route and where everything was, i kept going back to it as you made your way round.
