Cambodian lemongrass beef skewers
Perfect for BBQ and to eat with pickled veggies/carrots.
for around 10 skewers:
500g of beef
1tbsp of honey
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1tbsp of fish sauce
2.5 tbsp of kroeung (check my channel, I have made a video recipe)
