we have installed the app and it is working . the same is used to view the ccty software but we are not able to see the top and bottom menu on the screen
can this be resolved, and can this be on hidden mode when not in use

@@TechTeam94 open screen orientation app and select orientation back to automatic or default. Then you can also uninstall the app
