These scumbags are lucky I'm not in charge. The punishment would fit the crime, period.
What you do to your victim is done to you. ( for violent and/or heinous crimes) including animal abusers.
And before anybody fires back saying " an eye for an eye solves nothing or that it makes us no better" etc... oh well.
How is coddling the criminals, giving them more rights then the victim's, slaps on the wrists and chance after chance to re offend working out for us???! It's not. Until we truly start PUNISHING these punks they won't stop. The "punishments" aren't scary enough nor severe enough to deter them. Even the death penalty by injection now is wayyyy too easy! Serial Murderers, pedophiles and violent rapists are having a more peaceful death then over half of us!
Jeeze I wish I could go out peaceful like That, as if just falling asleep. What a joke.

I don't support the death penalty. It's just murder. It's also not much of a punishment as far as i'm concerned. It may be cheaper than a life sentence, but once you're dead, the punishment is over. I much prefer the idea of them continuing to live deprived of any freedoms.

Every country has examples of weak sentences. The US has many examples as well, and the death sentence or supposedly harsh sentences are no deterrent to taking a life. More people get killed in a weekend in Chicago than many countries experience in a year or more so enough about how great and deterring the US system is

No vulnerable woman, and face it, most of us are vulnerable compared to a predator with a weapon, should be meeting a stranger alone, especially when they request to test drive a car. Poor Emma put herself in total control of an unknown man when she gave him the keys and sat in the passenger seat. All he needed to see was a beautiful young woman with her phone numbers listed right there in the window to make his plan. Don't let Emma's tragedy be forgotten. Maybe her story will save another woman from harm.

I tried to report the stuff that was happening to my kids, mainly my daughter, before anything bad happened, and the cops did nothing!!!! They even harassed me, and bullied me, and didn't do their jobs!! That's why I have valid reason to believe that those cops, weren't cops at all!!! But paid actors! Some rich, arrogant, asshole in this town is getting a good laugh at me and my streak of bad luck! It's not right, but I finally know what its all been about. It's been an attempt to take the heat off certain people, who are involved in some horrid stuff. I know, my community even knows, but why doesn't those most close to me? Maybe they do, but they can't communicate with me, because my phone is being completely hacked and controlled like it always is? The things I've had to endure, no-one should. As are my children most likely, because these traffickers are relentless!! They have been harassing me for months! By what I believe is torturing my own kids!! Its evil!! I can't get noone to do their jobs, and listen to me! It's because they have had my phone controlled!!

Emma should have put up a fight.

Never surrender your body. You can surrender your car, money, jewlery.
Every woman should carry pepper spray , and be trained to use it.

Lunimol can detect other things than blood, huh ???! This is the first I’ve heard of this. I wonder how many cases ppl have gotten wrongful convictions because of this.

    • @hannahbeanies8855
      @hannahbeanies8855 3 года назад

I wouldn’t expect any. Luminol has always been known to be a presumptive test - meaning it can tell us that something is there but doesn’t confirm the presence of that something. So, the luminol is useful for locating where blood could be, and then more expensive and time consuming tests are used to confirm that the substance is blood. Once you confirm that it is indeed blood, you may be able to say “it is very likely since this one part of the sample is confirmed to be blood, that the rest of sample is also blood” so you can make a determination of the amount of blood at a scene. I hope that makes sense.

    DEFINITIONS OF A PREDATOR
    noun
    noun: predator; plural noun: predators
    1. an animal that naturally preys on others."wolves are major predators of rodents

2. person or group that ruthlessly exploits others." a website frequented by sexual predators"
Which one is Emma's killer? It is scary to think about a person, that is considered a predator. One that lives next door to us, or that is behind us in line as we wait to pay for our groceries, someone that is unassuming.
