Love how the laugh track never changes

It's both funny and scary how accurate towards the actual Globetrotters cartoon this is. There's little (if really any) inappropriate/insensitive jokes, and it's corny as hell (in a good way). I could actually see this as a real episode, played in between the Scooby-Doo crossovers.
They were in a Scooby Doo crossover plus they had similar cartoon Super Globetrotters in which they went into a locker getting killed at half & turned into super heroes

This is disturbingly well done. If you lived in this era (yeah, I'm old) this is pretty much spot-on.

I am old enough to have watched the original cartoons on which this based, as well as having watched this TV Funhouse when it first aired.... I remember being a little confused by just how good/bad this parody was--so spot on I wondered if SNL had just gotten lazy by re-airing one of the old HG cartoons. They really were (almost) this cringeworthy
