I find it very interesting and peculiar that as one evolves in the fashion game, when it comes to footwear, I’ve seen many people, including myself go from Air Force 1s/Jordans etc to loafers and boots. And when it is a pair of sneakers, they’re usually from a renowned fashion house and have less to do with graphics and logos. A few years ago one of my grail shoes were were the Off White Air Force 1s (MoMA), now it’s the Rick Owens Gethsemane Pony Hair Lunar Boots 😂😂
I am excatly in that boat right now lol. I find myself avoiding my the Dunk & AJ1. I reach for my boots/loafers & Collegium Court 2 (looks like Margiela GAT)

Where do you buy the pilot boots from, I’ve been looking but can’t find the exact one with the front zip and lacing system
I've had a pair just like those for maybe 6 years, found them on ebay originally for like 50 bucks
you could find boots in a similar shape and you can find the lace cover separately. ik amazon has some cheap ones
The BW stands for Bundeswehr, which is German military not Austrian, that would be Bundesheer.
So maybe search for both countries/militaries separately
