hello. i have exact same issue. i have put original new fuel pump, new fuel regulator, cleaned and replaced injector seals, tested for air leaks non appeared, rebuilt engine because was taking oil, cleaned the n80 valve as mentioned in your video, changed MAP Sensor from working car. however i did not change intake temperature switch, thermostat and throttle body and lambda sensor as i seen you have changed and it did not work out
@@RandomTubePT okay bro. i will get one soon also i have seen while driving my temp gauge comes down to quarter mark id say 70 to 75 degrees normal operating temp is 90 this happens very rarely as i am from south africa winter has just passed by going into summer. Sometimes it can drink fuel and sometimes it wont. its heavy on fuel when cold
@@shaailhansraj7226 If the temp drops while you driving usually its a bad termostat Bro. Sometimes its bad reads and that is caused by the sensor. You can replace the sensor and the thermostat, they are cheap
You say about cleaning fuel regulation, but you clean activated charcoal canister and not fuel regulation 😅 I have the same problem lower limits 00537 and i replace charcoal but not really help i think my problem is a hose pipe from fuel pump to charcoal have a cracking, because i smell it very well hope its help if i replace hose pipe 😵💫
I've got an A3 8L Audi (1.6L AVU engine) with the following, very peculiar issue: doesn't start sometimes.... Usually when the engine is warm. It usually starts from the 3rd attempt, or, if I want to start faster, I can press the accelerator pedal while cranking the engine. Nobody could tell me what is this causing. I've searched and searched and searched, and been to a lot of mechanics. No one could tell me what's causing this. There is no error on the scan tool. So I'm assuming whatever is causing this is probably not a sensor. I already replaced a ton of stuff, looks like nothing fixed it. The weird issue is that for example if I go somewhere, and leave the car for 15-20 minutes, on the first start, it doesn't start. At least not from the first attempt. BUT, if I try restarting the engine right after stopping (or a few minutes after), it works perfectly! So it's NOT always the first start. It's just sometimes. But usually (not always) happens when the engine is warm. Do you have the same issue? Have you managed to fix it someway?
Hi Bro... No i dont have that problem... But i saw that type of problems in other Audi Engines. 1°The temperature in the panel its ok? 2°Does someone looked to the alternator????
Yes, temperature is ok. I also replaced both water temperature sensors trying to fix this. The alternator should be fine too. Not sure what to look for on that one. This is driving me crazy! I recently replaced the O2 sensor (B1S1 a that?s how Ingot to yoir channel), cause I was having an error on that too. So I thought: gotcha! Finally fixed. Nope. Still the same issue. And I see you’re also having “blocked by immobilizer”. But it’s clearly not the immobilizer. And it’s slowly killing the battery too. If I keep cranking the engine without the accelerator pedal, I can hear the battery dying. I don’t know what else to do. I love this car. But this issue drives me crazy. By the way, do I need to do a readiness test from VCDS or something after replacing the O2 sensor (lambda sensor)?
Abou the O2 Sensor... You dont need to do nothing, unless you want to see if the readings are ok. About your problem... Actually the alternator could be a cause even your battery could be damage and also cause that issue... There is something really important in the alternator wich is the current rectifier. But if have a multimeter you could do some tests... Before you start the engine (cold) mesure the battery, it shoul be above 12.4 Volts... Then drive your car normally until the point that he should fail the start, but before start check the voltage again... if its 12v or bellow your car shouldn start and that problem is the alternator. Make that test and let me know. There a few more things that you can test... About the immobilizer that could be cause by the battery also wich was my case because im always plugging and unplugging the batery.

@@shaailhansraj7226 I Bro... Ask to a mecanic to read the lamb sensor values... You may have a lambda sensor problem.
