Fawful was, in retrospect, the real main villain of Superstar Saga. Had the Bros. fought both of them in Woohoo Hooniversity at once, that probably would have ended it all there.
I really appreciate how these mash-ups...er, mash-up together. The original fills in the holes where the deluxe version makes (like in this case, in the Cackletta half of the Deluxe version, the entire left (right?) hand of the organ gets drowned out by the reverb of the ominous choir voices. It’s really hard to hear even if you listen out for it unlike the original where it’s more apparent) but it isn’t drowning out the sound quality the Deluxe provides.

Why is it that the gameboy version has what the 3ds version is missing, vice versa, and yet both combined weren't included as one song for the remake in the first place when it sounds this good?

It kinda fits though, in SS he’s a loyal minion of hers until the very end. So his themes would revolve around her just like his personality at the time.

I was thinking the same thing! I also like how they added the guitars in the 3DS version of the song; it makes Cackletta seem a bit more aggressive.

I love this mashup. It works perfectly because the first part of the tune is better in the remake but the second part is better in the original.
