3 Legged Thing Jay Travel Video Tripod - Compact Travel Tripod With Fluid Head and Leveling Base

3 Legged Thing is a brand that makes tripods exciting. I've been using my 3 Legged Thing Jay tripod for a couple of years and also own their Bucky photography tripod.
I have loved the Jay tripod because of how compact and light it is for still having an incredibly well performing fluid tripod head. This small tripod folds up and fits in your backpack easily while still proving a ton of versatility, load capacity, and smooth panning and tilting action.
You can purchase the 3 Legged Thing Jay tripod in either Arca-Swiss or Manfrotto, depending on what your gear set up is like. The weight of the tripod with head is 4.5 pounds and the maximum height is 47". It isn't a very tall tripod but you can use different legs for it if you need it to be taller.
I have used this video tripod for wildlife, commercial, and documentary type shoots and it always performs. If you need something taller you can look at the 3 Legged Thing Mike tripod series.
