I don’t usually like modern OHC engines and slammed trucks, but this one is amazing. I’ve always wanted to build a 67-72 with a twin turbo 390 FE and a Panther frame and chassis from a 2000s car with the R&P steering from a modern truck. The FE iron block and a set of BBM heads and a TFS tunnel wedge 2x4 intake and two GT35s should be good for 1000fwhp. The 390 block I have is a thick 105 one that sonics .170-.180 thick at 4.09 bore, and I have a steel 5140 dump truck crank that I can turn down and offset grind to 3.98 for about 418ci and strong enough for 1500 fwhp. Put a trans adapter on for a modern transmission and a wheel shift on a console like the push button one on this one. I mixed up a Midnight Blue with 50 grams of carbon Black that I painted my 65 Galaxie with. Man that truck inspires me! I d love to do that.
So a handful of ppl actually built this truck from the looks of the run down board. Then they chop up a rare grill to make it look like a 57. A point of pride for them apparently
Very nice! I wish someone would build a 1993 F150 Flareside with a coyote and road course worthy suspension. Everyone says Crown Vics don’t bolt on to this frame?
I’d think that a little modification would make the Crown Vic fit, it would need to be a short bed. I would want a late one with the R&P steering and 4 wheel discs.
Why do they park the cars on those little absorbent mats? Something is being protected, I just don't understand what. Are they actually protecting the tires from the floor?
👍 nice looking truck I have one 1971 ford sport custom short bed unrestored original 302 12 grand if someone is interested Saludos desde Baja California MX
Beautiful truck but the finishing work is terrible all the lines should have been stainless hardlines another example plug wires should have been hidden there is just stuff hanging off everywhere. It could be cleaned up a lot and made nice nice. I wish on all these shows they would show under the dash and panels 95% of the time the wiring is complete junk rat nests with stuff stuck in every hole shops just don’t know how to cleanly wire anything. I’d be will to bet this ones wiring is that way

The poorest video work I ve ever seen, you showed more of the two guys than the Truck
Kind of rude Richard
4 minutes of filming two guys talking 2 minutes of actual truck.... sorry but thumbs down...
